I truly enjoyed my appointment today with them. The staff was very pleasant and fun to work with. It’s been over 8 years since I’ve had my eyes checked. We laughed and joked around which made everything go so much better.

I called on the dot when they where suppose to open and was told my wait time is 30 seconds.... I waited for more than 30 minutes before the call disconnected. And this is not the first time, One time I called and was on hold for awhile to the point I decided to go down to their office. Luckily I live close by at the time. A Got in my car drove to the clinic had time to park the car and walked in the office while still on hold I waited in line and notice the phones were not ringing and no one was on the phone with anyone else. When I was next in line I told the lady to look at my phone, look at the phone number and look at the time I have been on the phone. She didnt understand because none of the phone where ringing at all for the the amount of time I was on hold. She later told me that the fault is the operators which is in another building in the city and that they dont forward the calls for that they dont do a good job of it. The problem still persists till this day.

Dr Torio and his staff are GREAT! They will take good care of you and your eyes. Been going to him for years for my eye exams and glasses.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Hessler took the time to go over all my concerns in a very friendly and open conversation. I would highly recommend him to others. Thank you.

My wife and I are very particular when choosing medical practitioners and their staff. We couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Kim-James and her staff. They work extremely well together as a team and set the bar very high for the medical profession. Excellent to work with for scheduling. Warm and sincere on the phone and in person. We have found Dr. Kim-James to be compassionate and conservative in her caring and treatment. She's willing to take all the time necessary for examinations, treatment and most importantly...listening. Others in the medical field could take lessons from Dr. Kim-James and her staff. We would strongly recommend them without hesitation.

I am new patient. Upon arrival staff was promt and kind. Unfortunately I felt Dr. Robert Smyth Medina was dry with his responses and literally was done with the examination in less than 5min. Not that I need a longer visit but his attitude made me uncomfortable to even ask more questions. I will not return for a annual visit.

Great service provided!! I came in here asking for help and Tawnie was so helpful to me! She helped look what was covered by my insurance and had such a great attitude! If you are looking for get service ask for Tawnie. She's the best!

I have seen Dr. Steele over the past five years, and she has been terrific! Originally, I was her patient at Duke, and she was so outstanding that I followed her as she left the group and transitioned into private practice in Brier Creek. I have struggled with severe dry eye all my adult life, and her help has been life-changing. I’m addition, she has done a great job with complex eyeglass prescriptions and will go there extra mile to make sure that everything works perfectly.

I am not a patient but rather an observer. I took my close friend in for a procedure today. I have to give high praise to Katelyn at the front desk. Beyond professional, courteous, polite and she explained everything to my friend with concise and clear communication. The rest of the front desk staff were also very impressive. The location was very welcoming and clean. I know where I will book in the future. Thank you for taking great care of my dear friend.

I have been to other local vision centers and this one was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Paige and Lori were very knowledgeable and eager to help me. Malia was very nice and I could tell she loves her job. The Dr. that saw me (I think Alex), was awesome too. It is so hard to find good service these days, but I can almost guarantee that you will have a great experience at Dr. Calvert's office. I haven't received this level of amazing service in a long time. They made my day! Thank you all for smiling and showing genuine concern for your patients!!
