This location has its issues although the staff is friendly. Took forever to get my glasses, but they were not according to my Pearle Vision doctor prescription. To get them remade took even longer! no offer of compensation for the mistakes & delays (discount on lens protection? or 20% off next purchase? perhaps).

No eye doctor on site. They send images to someone remote. No one let me know until i drove over an hour for my appt. As a physician I find this appalling. When I suggested to the tech that he should wear a mask bc he works close-up with college students he got huffy and stated “there is no mask mandate.” PATHETIC

I contacted the store manager to sort out a situation with a review below RE a pair of glasses of inferior quality to what I had explained very clearly I needed (in person and even in an email that was not answered, BTW). He told me he would sort it out and get back to me. Months later, I am still waiting for the call back, thinking now it was never his intention to sort out anything. So, I paid over $400 for a pair of glasses that was not what I ordered, and that needless to say is not useful. Mostly really disappointed in what I considered such a good business that I returned to it and gave them my full trust; considering some formal complaint with CPD...

My Doctor referred me to Dr Joseph Lin as I was having issues with my eye lids. I was very nervous about having this procedure done but felt very comfortable once I met Dr Lin and his team it was an awesome and easy experience. I had some questions I wanted to ask, as it turns out his staff has everything prepared with pamphlets of information for pre'op and post-op. My procedure was done at his office and my ride was given instructions on my pick up and recovery. I highly recommend Dr Lin's office and if you get the lid lift, buy the goggles!! I had a family member that had the same procedure elsewhere and her recovery was much slower. My eyes look great and I feel so much more confident!! Thank you Dr Lin!!

Ive been seeing Dr Huy Nguyen for about a year now and I couldn’t ask for a better specialist. The pomona staff is always so sweet and welcoming!!! I come in every few month for a diabetic eye exam and he is simply amazing. He is always able to answer all my questions ! Almost a year later and 2 more of my family members are now his patients as well!

Dr. Ngai performed my cataract surgery with no problems. His staff was always nice and made the whole experience very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for help with issues with their eyes.

The staff is wonderful and kind. Good patient experience. This is the first time i have been to a clinic where the entire staff is kind. Everything nice and good. I reccomend this eye clinic for anyone with questions about thehealth or their eyes

Dr Ngai and his staff are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him for any eye related issues
