Dr. Abdal was professional, thorough, and helpful. When I shared that my previous eye doctor informed me that I had cataracts starting to form; Dr. Abdal asked if he/she explained what that means. When I told her no, she pulled out an eye model and gave a clear explanation of the physical changes happening, why it is happening, and what I need to do about it. Everyone in her office was pleasant, helpful, and supportive. I wanted to get my eyes checked but felt like my glasses were still working for me. There was absolutely zero pressure to order new glasses, in fact, they encouraged me to take my time and let me know i would be welcome to take my Rx elsewhere or come back if/when I want to order glasses with the new Rx. I will definitely return to 20/Twenty Eyecare.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Dr. Jones dies a thorough exam. His assistant was helpful. The reason I gave it a four was because my appointment was at 2:30, but I did not called back until 3:15.

Very professional and personal at the same time. Something like eye surgery can be very anxiety producing and, as such, requires sensitive, compassionate, and deft dealing with a wide range of patient issues. Having only met Dr, Brar and his team for the first time today, I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared about. Unusual in many settings these days.

Best experience I’ve ever had. Got in the same day I called for an appointment. The receptionist greeted me immediately with a real smile. The entire staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. My visit started on time and after being put in the exam room, there was zero wait for the doctor. Dr. Berry listened to, and addressed all my questions. Staff that helped with contacts and picking out my frames were so helpful and went out of their way to find frames that matched the type I wanted to try. When my glasses came in, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Best part is, I see better than I have in years.

Dr. Prius is an excellent doctor. I followed her to her new practice after being seen at the old one for years. She is kind and thorough.

This review isn't for the service, but for the situation at this particular location. The One Hour Optical in Davis Pavilion at Denver Health is like an afterthought. It's about the size of a converted utility closet - just a waiting area lined with some chairs, packed with people and kids on a late Tuesday morning, and a help desk dividing you from a back wall displaying a paltry array of frames. You cannot simply walk up to the frames and try a few on to see what you like. No, it appears that the overworked staff has to get a few pairs for you to look at up close. I walked a mile to get here in single digit wind chill, and the situation was so chaotic that I just turned around and headed back home. If you go to this location for glasses, just know what you're getting into.

Dr Wong is very nice and professional. He removed my chalazion no pain .. he is so good I wrote this within 5 mins after surgery... lol 🙌🏾👌🏾 …

Very kind and PROFESSIONAL!!! I was well taken care of and further treatment is explained in detail. Doctor's clear explanation helps me understand of my physical condition of my eyes. And also, some tips to my life style helps me in keeping my eyes healthy. I and my family feel so HAPPY to go to see the doctor for a regular check-up.

Dr. White and his staff take the best care of their patients. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They definitely get my highest recommendation!
