VERY thorough, personable, and professional! I actually had fun for the first time at a doctor appointment. That doesn’t happen very often! Highly recommend Dr. Draayer and his staff!!!

I found this location based off of a google search and I am so thankful I did. Dr. Lappen was amazingly friendly and informative during my appointment. Additionally, Mandy and Linda were incredibly helpful with not only helping me understand my insurance (I'm a 24 year-old student who gets insurance through the gov't and it rarely makes sense to me) but also in finding new frames. They pulled out frames that fit perfectly to the description I explained and even helped me narrow them down to decide on the perfect pair for me. Highly recommend based off of friendliness, professionalism, and the level of help they were willing to give!

I love talking with Dr. Tran. He’s a fun guy and always say's things in a straightforward way. He listens to you and wants to know how you’re feeling about your eyesight and if you’re having issues. He’s a very good person. I enjoy the conversation with him all the time.

Truly the best optometrist I've ever had. She found an astigmatism which I have NEVER been told before. This is because she took the time to really examine my eyes and gave me a diagnosis. She also told me to make sure I work out my eyes by looking away from my screens and out to farther distances to help with the onset of needing reading glasses. Also recommended eye drops every time I take out my contacts... One year later, I come back and there's a slight correction in my astigmatism bc I followed her instructions. She takes her time, is very caring and knows what she's talking about. You will come in and talk about eye health and life in general. She is a true gem. Please wear your masks when you visit.

On the surface, everything seems great. This is a small eye clinic that offers services in both English and Spanish, located in the heart of the Mission district, specifically between 20th and 21st streets. The clinic provides high-quality services for all ages, whether you're a minor, an adult, or an elderly person. First, you'll undergo a quick exam. After that, you'll meet a friendly doctor. Then, based on your prescription, they'll help you choose the right glasses. You'll be able to try on different models before deciding whether to use your medical insurance or pay out-of+ pocket for a brand-name set. The only negative aspect is that there is no parking available even on the street. The area has very intensive traffic, so you might get a ticket if you try to park your car there for a short time. However, there is a MUNI bus stop on 20th Street, so you can use the bus to get to the clinic.

Dr. Wooten and her staff are very professional and very welcoming. I was impressed with their thoroughness during my exam and will definitely continue being their patient/client.

I don’t write reviews often, but I definitely felt like Woodley Optometry deserved one. Working with Dr. Kavoussi was an incredible experience. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. She’s awesome and I highly recommend!

Friendly reception staff. A robot like girl checked my eyes using several machines and jotted down her findings. She took down my list of meds although showing her the list wasn't good enough I had to read them to her. The doctor came in looked at my eyes a minute through a machine. Said I showed healthy eyes, no change to my prescription, I am 68 haven't had an eye exam in 3 years, have worn glasses since I was 12 and never have I been told absolutely no change. He spent about 3 minutes with me. Happy no change of course, but paid to see a doctor not a robot. Even though she spent time with me, I had questions for the doctor that were not answered.

I had a pleasant experience with this store. The frames & lens for my son are perfect. The pricing was fair. The lady taking care of us was the owner, very knowledgeable. The most important part to me is, my son can see. One thing I did see, is the kind of people who walk in this place while I was here who are cheap fighting the pricing. Low life's

Dr. Bender and Mr. Scott were exemplary in their knowledge and professionalism. Mr. Scott's expertise and suggestions were insightful and helpful. He described benefits, options, and features in terms easy to understand. Further, he was very patient while tediously attending to the needs of several customers. Well done and thank you!!
