This business has consistently delivered superior service since its opening. Doctor is wonderful, patient, and caring. Office staff are great. I have worn glasses since 3rd grade. (I am now 66). This is the best in eye care ever! Thank you!

What a wonderful experience!!! One of the best eye exams I have ever had. The doctor was so informative and truly a pleasure to talk to. The front office staff were also amazing. An eye exam is one of those things I always put off because I’m busy but I actually am looking forward to coming back to mountain breeze. Honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else in colorodo. They have all the latest technology and the doctor Graziani might be one of most well versed optometrist I’ve ever met. She was able to answer everyone question I had and gave me every possible option. Was such a great way to start my day :)

UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT SO BEWARE! My husband and I have been patients for well over 25 years. During all the visits we've had with Dr. Duvall, there was only one time we had to wait. Since Dr. Duvall is now retired we now see Dr. Smedley. He is very consistent about being at least 30-45 minutes late every time! Suggestion: don't make your appts so close together so you stay on time. Yesterday I arrived at 2:55 as my appt (for tear duct plugs, no exam) was scheduled for 3:00. I asked the receptionist how delayed he was and was told "at least 30 minutes." (Mind you, she didn't volunteer that information to me.) At 3:40 I was called back. After arriving in the exam room I asked how much longer before Dr. Smedley would see me. The technician checked and I was told "at least 15 minutes." Well, that turned my appt from 3:00 to 4:00. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Time is valuable to all, and to sit and wait is unacceptable. We have to take time off from work. (From what I can tell, the other doctors in the practice don't seem to run behind.) My husband and I have decided to go elsewhere for our eye care. i WOULD GIVE NO STARS BUT THAT WASN'T AN OPTION.

I am absolutely jazzed about the amazing customer service I received at Arvada Eye Associates. Frankly I was shocked by some of these reviews. I wonder if some individuals were just plain frustrated with our times. My experience was reflected nothing like what I read. I had a refreshing informative visit.
I have had several visits as I am having eye lid surgery on July 24, 2023. Excited by a bit scared. I also purchased glasses. I will share pictures of before and after my surgery. Dr. Smedley and his staff were efficient, friendly, professional, and very thoughtful. I cannot say enough good things. I feel when you are trusting anyone with your eyes and having eye surgery it is imperative to take your time and feel comfortable. AAA service. I will be sharing pictures soon. I bought a couple pairs of cool glasses, love, love, love. Thank you team.

Dr Smedley is relatively new at Arvada Eye Associates, having been added to the staff when Dr Duvall retired. I recently trusted him to perform my cataract surgery and found him to be caring, efficient and thorough in all phases of my care. And I have been more than satisfied with the results! I would recommend his expertise without reservation!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ofchinick to get some new lenses put in my glasses. He was able to get a mirror coating and a gorgeous blue polarized lens. I’m so happy with how they came out and they were done so quickly. I highly recommend going to see him for some new glasses.

Highly recommend, I'll be going to them for many years to come.
I LOVE this family business.
- Their store is really nice and clean.
- While you're waiting, they have all kind of drinks and snacks to munch on while you wait.
- The doctor is very kind, and truly listens to what you have to say about things. He explains everything to you, takes you through the process, and triple checks that the new prescription is s good fit.
- Then the people at the front desk walk you through the prices, goes over the pros and cons of each brand of new frames and the different features of lens.
It's a great experience, good people, and inviting place.
Highly recommend, I'll be going to them for many years to come.

It’s difficult to find quality healthcare professionals generally, and for eye care, I’ve been hopping around year to year since moving out to Colorado 7 years because I haven’t found one that carefully examines exam pictures and results and listens to concerns.
Location, Atmosphere and Amenities: 5 stars. Easy to locate, plenty of parking, wide array of refreshments, free WiFi, and of course a great selection of glasses and sunglasses.
Doctor: I saw Dr. Marc for my annual check up (contacts). His adaptability and efficiency is excellent. As he conducted a quick exam with my contacts and then without. His analysis of scans are thorough and describes what he is seeing, what to be concerned about and even when nothing of concerns, he still takes the time to provide explanations. Most importantly he discusses your prescription and then works WITH you by listening to your preferences. I think the cherry on top was the fact that I wasn’t be sold anything and no one was pushy. (There are other nearby vision places where doctors and technicians are more sales oriented and pushy.)
I’d definitely recommend giving this practice a visit.

I was looking for a place close to me that sold Chemistrie glasses and sunglass clips. The place I bought my glasses from went out of business due to COVID. I found Five Parks Vision as an authorized rep and it was in the neighborhood just west from my home. I worked with Bre who was more than helpful and super friendly! She not only helped me get my sunglass clip replaced but also gave me coupons for contact solution. She also helped me with solutions for what I could do in the interim when I wouldn't have my glasses while they were being fitted with the new clip. I felt she really went above and beyond to help me in my situation and I really appreciated it.

The doctor is very charismatic and the appointment was very enjoyable, but failed to do a contact lens fitting when the purpose of my visit was to renew my contact lens prescription because I was moving soon. Unfortunately I didn't catch the mistake until six months later when I tried to order new contacts online and called the office to ask why my prescription was expired. They offered no apology or any way to help me with my problem. Now, since I moved to another city, I have to find a new eye doctor and pay for another complete eye exam if I want to get new contacts even though I just had an exam 7 months ago.

I always appreciated my conversations with Dr Partnow. I however became skeptical when he informed me I would start seeing a $50 fee because my prescription "took more time". This was after waiting 30 minutes for initial testing, and another 30 minutes to see Dr Partnow. I switched to another local Optometrist and was charged a $0 copay for glasses and contact fitting. Five Parks was charging me $230 out-of-pocket for the same services. My insurance has not changed, but it seems something isn't right with the amount of out-of-pocket expense Five Parks was charging me in the past. Best to this practice, but my suggestion to anyone with insurance is to check around.
