The staff was friendly and the optometrist Dr. D. Yerramilli was excellent. The only opportunity if any.. I would suggest is to acknowledge the customer’s waiting around, a simple ill be with you in a minute would helps. Otherwise good service! The older woman working the desk was very helpful and attentive let me know my opinions and what made sense for me. Thanks again!

ive been coming to chino hills optometry since 2010, everyone is friendly. even when I was living in any other state I would come in get my exam order my glasses and then pick them up next time I was in town

You will have to.wait 2 hrs for a 15 mins exam. This place books too many appointments in a day. The doctor rushed through exam.

Dr. Velotta was fantastic! She listened patiently, was very caring, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I can’t say enough great things about her. Her staff was very kind and professional as well. I would highly recommend this practice/Dr. Velotta for eye care.

Phone staff kinda sounds like they hate their job immensely. Sounded so annoyed just answering the phone and just abruptly hang up without even a bye or thank you

I love Envision. They are extremely helpful when I procrastinated and didn’t order my contacts in time. They were amazing in helping me pick out my glasses and they always are super friendly. I enjoy coming in to see the Drs yearly for my eye tests. You can’t go wrong, all of the staff is great! High quality frames and service with a smile

Such a warm and attentive doctor. Thorough with his examination and follow up care.. Effectively explained/communicated findings while also reviewing past notes. Personable and so great to see he genuinely cares. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I did not have my insurance card with me and the lady who helped me was very patient and took time to look everything up for me. During my exam, Dr. Dasai was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back.

I agree this place is awful. I have scheduled 4 times and they will keep rescheduling you. When we finally got my dad back in the room this heavy lady kept trying to force my dads face in machine. The customer service is a zero. As a result he had a swollen eye. Also, you can call but you get the nasties people on the telephone. This practice deserves 0.

My family has been going here for our eye care and glasses since we moved here in 2014. They are professional, quick and patient! They also are very knowledgeable with insurance and get the best price. Great frame selection. We have had lenses damaged and they had a replacement quickly. I highly recommend this location!
