I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gabby and Joey at LensCrafters in West Covina Mall and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I arrived for my eye exam, Gabby made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Joey was equally as fantastic when it came to helping me pick out my lenses. He was patient, informative and really took the time to understand my needs and preferences. I felt like I was in great hands throughout the entire process, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I’ve been to several optometrist in my lifetime and Dr. Chang is by far the best one. She cares truly about every one of her patients. I’ve been wearing contacts for years in the recent months my eyes have become irritated this last time was really bad so bad that I needed a professional opinion so I called her office and asked if she could see me it was a Saturday. She squeezes me in last minute she prescribed me antibiotics and even called me on Sunday when her office was closed to see how I was doing and has followed back up with me since then to see my improvement. We are working on a plan so that I can wear my contacts again but she doesn’t want to give me the green light to wear them until she feels it’s safe for me to do so. I love her and trust my eyes in her hands completely. Highly recommend her office. She has a great team too John is always so patient with me when choosing the right glasses he’d sit there and let me try them all on if that’s what I needed in order to find the perfect pair. A little update: I stopped by yesterday to pick up my husbands glasses and I saw Dr. Chang I told her that I was getting my eyelashes done this Friday after months of not getting them done due to the infection I had mentioned above she told me that she had actually been thinking about me and had something for me she gave me a spray to clean my eyelashes. When I tell you that she truly cares about her patients its because its true. She's a gem.

Staff was very welcoming and inviting when I got there. Was super easy to make an appointment over the phone. They are very covid compliant and take the extra steps necessary to make your visit as safe and sanitary as possible. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable about eye care/health and I definitely learned a lot more than I did coming in my short trip there. Highly recommend coming to this place if you are new to the area and need a new eye doctor.

I have to admit, at first my wife encountered an issue with one of her staff, but after reading all the positive yelp reviews, I thought that she would be fair in addressing our concerns so I reached out to her and I'm glad I did. Dr. Christine Chang was very attentive and resolved all our issues right away. She genuinely cares about all her patients. I would highly recommend her!!!

Perfection! The doctor and nurse are very friendly. The doctor uses language and analogies to make it easy to understand the medical jargon. The doctor is attentive and thorough. The facilities are clean and all equipment was sterilized prior to my use. Everything was relatively affordable. I highly recommend this optometrist.

So grateful to have found such an amazing place to take my entire family when I moved to this area over 10 years ago. The staff and Doctors are very knowledgeable and really take their time to listen to our questions to give you the best they care possible. You will never feel rushed and won't have to wait more than 10 minutes with an appointment. We love that! One of the best features is the you can schedule your own appointment with their online system. You also will receive a text the day before to confirm your appointment which is golden because with our hectic schedules, it is easy to miss.
