This was a great visit. Dr Fierro explained my dry blurry vision problem and recommended solutions I had not heard before. Thank you!! Also the Scottsdale office has a Nikon machine that can photograph your eyes without dilation. Everyone was friendly in the office as well.

I had upper and lower eyelid surgery with Dr. kapadia and I cannot say enough about the experience from beginning to end. I did have a consult with another doctor in the Boston area and didn’t get a huge sense of confidence so I did a bit more research and found that Dr. kapadia has, an incredible background and a ton of experience doing the surgery. That gave me the confidence I needed to go under the knife. I could not be happier with the results. Every step of the way, everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful as well as extremely professional. I noticed during the surgery that the nurses were all really happy and friendly and I think that’s always a result of working in an office where you are treated with respect. Dr. kapadia runs an excellent practice. Everyone I encountered were extremely friendly, no one had that burnt out feeling that you often encounter in a doctors office. I commend him for his skill as a surgeon, and also for the practice he is running. I recommend him to anyone seeking eyelid surgery.

A hidden gem of a location with great service, and affordable upfront pricing. The quality is top notch and they have them ready for you in no time (faster than anywhere else)!

As a vendor having a terrible experience with this establishment. Glad they have a good reputation with patients but vendors beware. Have sent invoices via mail, email, left messages via phone and have not received any reply. Invoices total is less than $1000 but will now be past due one year in June. Would have taken monthly payments.

Vision World is hands down the best optical boutique around. Roisin, Nicole, and Janelle go above and beyond for their customers. I would never go anywhere else for my glasses and contacts. The best customer service around.

- I was told to see an ophthalmologist after having an eye exam for glasses. I asked my contacts whom they recommended, and someone said their mother goes to Dr. Armstrong. I called Armstrong George Cohen Will Ophthalmology in Abington. The office lady refused to make a new patient appointment for me unless I provided a specific "referral," despite the fact that I already have my exam notes and excellent insurance. She said I needed to call LensCrafters to get that. Turning away a new patient who has both a clinical need and excellent insurance is ridiculous. If this is how they handle a simple intake call, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a practice that actually values new patients.

I came in 15 minutes before closing after going to dozens of stores that day looking for glasses that suited my special needs son. They gave me a warm welcome as well as the best service I’d received all day after going to dozens of stores. They were understanding caring and attentive. Most importantly they knew how to service my son the way he needed so there were no outbursts which was a relief after the horror we had been through earlier that day. I will be recommending this store to everyone I know!

Great customer service, easy to schedule appointment online, and glasses were ready for pickup in just a few days. Will definitely be going to this location for all my eyeglass needs.

Dr. Villa's service is AMAZING!!!!! My girlfriend and I are coming to an eye exam together. Dr. Villa is so professional, and she is probably the most patient optometrists I have ever worked with. Everything was so easy and straightforward. She also gave us suggestions on how to relax eyes. I strongly recommend you to come to Dr. Villa if needed. I'm sure you will also have a great eye exam experience with her!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Abelson and his amazing team! Everyone was so kind, friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they made the whole visit easy and comfortable. The doctor was truly caring and took his time, and his staff was just as wonderful. If you need an eye doctor who genuinely cares, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
