Dr. Vong is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else, been going to him and taking my family for years, he's knowledgeable, friendly, he takes his time since he care about what he does, definitely recommend!

Year after year it’s the same game with this place. You go in, get a remedial biology lesson from eye guy, then play “good luck picking up” because the hours are short and the staff is non existent. Find a place that values your time.

I came here for an exam and new pair of glasses. They are very thorough with their testing here, and Dr. Hom was super patient and took the time to walk me through all my images from the testing section before my exam with him. The techs were super friendly and helped me to feel comfortable, and also helped me pick out a pair of glasses that best suited my face! Would definitely recommend

I came for an eye exam, that went ok. The glasses available were not my style and I went elsewhere. When I got my glasses a couple months later, my left lens was (is) very blurry. Checked with the glasses mfg and they double checked the scrip for me. The lens are as ordered. I called Dr. Hom to see if this can be corrected. They said NO unless I paid for another exam. Dr. Home said it's my fault for not checking back sooner. I'm not pleased. So now they called for a new appointment as it is a new year, new insurance they can milk me for. I said NO. Then I get a follow up call... Then a mailing, all asking me back. But I've been wearing these messed up ones for a year and he didn't care then ... So I do not now. Bye.

I have been going here for years. This last year has been the worst customer service ever. Dr. Huhn is great and thorough. I ordered contact lenses and received someone else's order. I returned them only to find out they need to reorder. Two weeks later I am left with a message that I won't receive my lenses until mid January!! Very disappointed and I will find another office.

In store staff is nice and helpful. Calling in? The worst, I had to call in to follow up for my glasses and a few weeks into wearing my glasses they scratched… I called in to ask for help with buffing out lens and it is an extra fee only to replace the lens with my warranty??? First and last time being a customer with Lens Crafters. Over priced and not worth the service.

Elza, from the West Covina Lens Crafter was so patient. I had issues with my afterpay and she stayed overtime trying to help me figure this out. She was so sweet and honestly provided the best Customer Service. She needs to get a raise or a promotion. She is dedicated to her work and customers. This was by far one of the best experiences and we will definitely come back for more glasses when we are due again. Thank you, Elza.

When you sit 10+ hours a day staring a computer screen or phone, you gotta get your eyes checked. Came here on a Saturday around noon without an appointment and was warmly greeted by the front desk. There’s a parking lot in front so it’s easy to park, and there’s a Yelp check-in deal too. They took my insurance (VSP), but also take EyeMed, Spectera, Davis Vision, Cigna etc. There’s a little waiting area in the front,, and there’s a little kids section with toys to play with while they wait. It was a short wait after you fill out the form, and they did my pre-test with that machine that blows into your eye and where you look at the balloon. Dr. Cheung did my contact lens exam and my glasses fitting, and was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to clearly explain what I needed to do during the tests and was transparent on pricing. There’s a lot of nice glasses and sunglasses options (esp. the Tom Ford ones). There’s a gender neutral bathroom available that’s ADA accessible. The office space is clean and spacious, and the decor is well done. Special shout out to Elizabeth for being so warm and welcoming on my first visit. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my preliminary questions. Overall, it’s a great option for an optometrist for those in the West Covina/Walnut/City of Industry area. They speak Chinese, Tagalog, Spanish, and Bisaya fluently as well, so it’s very accessible for a multitude of people. Thanks for the exam, and see you next year, Dr. Cheung & team!
