Having been in the Optical Industry for 5 decades, and recently retired, I guess I know a few things about an Opticians quality. Having known Bob Wexler for many years, I needed someone trusted to make glasses for my daughter. I’m now out of state. BOB IS MY GO TO. Quality, personal, knowledgeable sums up what he brings to the prescription and eyewear needs of all those who visit him at Visionary in Paoli. When the occasion arises I’ll turn to him for my personal OPTICAL RX needs. He uses only quality materials and fabrication labs. His location is convenient with easy on site parking. On top of it all, he is a hell of a nice guy with a great personality. He will keep you in focus and in sight. He can be trusted in today’s cesspool of impersonal care. Make him your new go to for you OPTICAL/EYEGLASSES. He has a great selection of eyewear. Thanks BOB FROM DR. BOB. .

I love this place! The staff is amazing, all women who work there are very friendly. The doctors are excellent, they reply all your questions and really listen to you. What I love the most about this team is that they are very responsible with everything they sell and they do follow-up with you via call/text message to make sure you are feeling good. All my appointments have always been on time. From the staff, Rita spent like an hour teaching me how to wear contact lenses, she was so nice and patient. I totally recommend this place⭐️

Dr Swindell is very professional as well as knowledgeable in examining your eyes. Office personnel were very helpful & made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend him!

Excellent experience in the office by everyone. The only issue I had was finding the office. I had to go into 1260 in order for them to show me a map on how to get to 1210. There didn't seem to be a sign at the entrance. Other than all was good.

Came in to do a remote visit. Their equipment is outdated and slow. They were unable to send my photos to the Dr. Due to technical issues. After waiting 30 minutes in a room I went out to find someone to update me . … More

They don't accept paramount advantage.

The staff isn’t to bad nothing to complain there really. BUT the wait times are literally insane I’ve had 2 appointments there so far and both were over 3 hours long. You see someone- go to a small waiting room get called by another person they check you out then small waiting room again and so forth.. they definitely over book the appointments they won’t have patients if they keep up 3 hour waits. Nobody is gonna wanna wait that long.

Well for starters the store is in a great location and all the staff is very welcoming!. A young gentlemen named George helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Overall the best eyeglass shop I have even been to. Dr. Lue was great during my exam. The best eyeglass store ever!

The staff here is great , I’ve had a few eye doctors throughout the years , I’ve also interacted with many doctors having worked in a nursing home for over 10 years. I would like to mention Dr. April Brown who is my eye doctor here . She is AMAZING !! I have glaucoma and she has explained everything in detail to me . The first person ever to show me the test results on paper. To show where Im loosing vision and how important it is to not forget to put in my drops . She has a plan in place for me to slow the progression of this . She is an absolute delight of a person, not just a doctor but a true lady . Extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly . There are no words other than thank you to someone who is helping me to not go blind one day . She is a true inspiration. Thank you Dr. Brown !!

I cannot say good enough about this vision center! We have been there many times in the last year and a half, being as I have two small children in glasses. Each and every single time I go, we are so happy with the service we receive. We went just today and were helped by Reemy, she was helping my 4 year old find glasses and between her and Mrs Ann, they both went ABOVE AND BEYOND for him. They were so sweet and nurturing, Reemy even picked him up to see each time he picked up a new pair of glasses (he must have picked up about 8-10 pair) and was beyond patient with him and Mrs Ann even played ball with him and made him enjoy being there so much more. This visit was incredible, just like each and every single other visit. I have nothing but good to say about the vision center and I highly recommend coming here, we will go nowhere else!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had going to a doctors office. I don’t recall the name of the tech, but she was amazing. The eye exam was thorough. She was very friendly and professional, she explained what she was doing in detail, which I appreciated, and an overall excellent experience. Also, Because I was in jeopardy of losing my chauffeurs license, Re focus took me in right away, which I really appreciated.
