I loved my visit. I felt like Dr. Nicole really cared about me. Her approach was more factual and scientific in explaining my condition, which led me to understanding and managing it better (vs. my previous "specialist). I felt like she knew me and that gave me great comfort.

Ive been to other Lenscrafter locations in the past and this was by far my best experience. This will now be my go to as long as Aaron is the doctor at this location. Ive never felt more comfortable asking question about my eyes, and the answers to my questions have never been thoroughly explained. And the staff, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would/will recommend this Lenscrafters.

Customer service was great! The staff was extremely welcoming, Angelica helped with our purchases and was very nice and helpful! She took time to explain the quality of the frames and lenses we were purchasing. She wanted us to be happy with our choices and gave us honest opinions, even offered some styling tips. Dr. Lam really took the time to listen to my eye concerns and explained everything that was happening during the exam. He made an effort to establish a genuine connection, creating an atmosphere of trust that is invaluable in a healthcare provider. Overall, if you're seeking a knowledgeable and genuinely caring optometrist in the West Covina area this is the place!

Love this place! I got lasik surgery a week ans and I’m so happy 😊 best investment in my life they did an amazing job, I didn’t feel pain or anything and the procedure was super fast. They charge you a very reasonable price not like other places and the doctor is really nice. My only issue was with the front desk lady at the Duarte location I don’t know what she is doing there she isn’t friendly and don’t pay attention to what you say, but I wouldn’t let that change my perspective of this place

This is a great place for your vision exam and for frames. The Doctor is spectacular, he is attentive and engaged. You will not leave here unsatisfied. The service is by far better than I have ever received at any other optometrist office. There is a great selection of frames and many options available for your vision needs. I highly suggest you go here for your vision needs.

Dr. Alturas is the absolute best! She is very friendly, attentive, takes her time with each patient and makes you feel comfortable. I moved away and moved back into the area and my husband & I are so happy to have her once again as our optometrist. Her staff is also very kind and makes the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone!
