I have never waited so long in my life to get my eyes checked. Place is nice and everything. But the WAIT!!! just messes everything up!!

From the start to finish every Person I encountered was very Professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, nice and made me feel like a real VIP. Before performing any task everything was thoroughly explained which made me feel very much at ease. Looking forward to being an established continued patient!

Slow service and it feels like you are a distraction.

I had a great experience at Optical Associates. The team was very friendly and I felt like my experience mattered. They were friendly, professional, informative, and I’m glad I’ve established optometry care here. I highly recommend them! Prices were great and fair as well which also is a plus of course!

I love going to Austin Eyeworks. Dr. Summers works compassionately and thoroughly to check my eyes and address concerns. Her staff is kind and a delight. I know when I go, I will be given great service, and I can’t wait to get my new glasses!

I went into the Sandy Springs office without an appointment because I had a less than perfect experience 😉 at one of the other Thomas Eye Group offices. The office manager, Raquel, was very kind, concerned and ready to create a solution to resolve my issues (even though my issues weren’t even with her office!!) Then I met with Sophie who went way above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. She made me feel like I was family and I actually teared up as I was leaving because I could finally see, and I had a plan of action moving forward. I felt like my concerns were actually heard AND cared about! This is an outstanding office!! I’ve already been back for an actual appointment and the whole staff was just as amazing as the first time.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a warm, friendly, and highly organized team that truly cares about their patients. The office environment is calm, positive, clean. Well kept and thoughtfully designed to make both kids and adults feel comfortable. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire process easy to understand. Their expertise in vision therapy really stands out—they create personalized treatment plans and track progress carefully, celebrating every milestone along the way. You never feel rushed, and every question is answered with patience and genuine care. The vision therapy sessions are engaging, well-structured, and surprisingly fun. The therapists are encouraging, supportive, and fantastic at motivating patients, which makes a huge difference in consistency and results. It’s clear that the entire team is passionate about helping patients improve not just their vision, but also their confidence and daily quality of life. Dr. Nick Martin performed a thorough exam. He was kind, professional, and friendly. He has been at this location for several years and knows how to work with people. Dr. Martin gave me some good advice concerning cataracts and overall eye health. I'm glad my husband and I found him!

Dr. Susie Lee is great! Really thorough and accessible--she took her time to make sure she got my prescription right and fully explained my different options. One thing that really stood out as an example of how she goes above and beyond: Typically, the contact lens companies make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get your rebate, but Dr. Lee made it very easy by mailing me all the printed forms and even including a stamped envelope I could drop in the mail to the contact company. Really appreciated that!

I thoroughly enjoy coming here for my eye exam. Dr. Mueller is exceptional and professional as always. I love that she takes the time to explain things and answer my questions in terms that are easy to understand. Always a pleasure to have my eyes checked here!
