I Truly loved the Office, Staff and Treatment. Everyone was so Polite and Nice. There were a lot of People when I walked in but it generally went pretty fast. I would recommend this Clinic If you are looking for an Ophthalmologist.

I didn’t wait long took me in right away explained everything to me and I tell others to go there too. Very very good service. I love it there.

I can only schedule appointments on weekends. It's frustrating that despite the website saying they are open until 1 PM on Saturdays, they're actually only available early in the morning around 8 AM. If they don't want to accommodate customers later in the day on Saturdays, they should simply refrain from offering those time slots. This miscommunication wastes my time.

I use to go to this practice years ago, service starting going down hill. My insurance changed and decided to give them a 2nd chance. They scheduled me for my appointment and entered a day earlier than what I requested. All they said is we called you. And they said we are all booked today. They are truly the worst office. Trust I know other people that have the same issues.

Excellent service all around. My family and I have been regular customers since my now grown kids were in middle school. My husband and I love the way we are cared for and treated at this location. Dr. Lee is phenomenal and my husband liked Dr. Gonzalez who we just met. The staff are always professional, courteous and accommodating. Our appts are always met with reminders and timely reception. The West Covina office is open at least six days a week with start times at 7am. Frames are reasonably priced, though more trendy selections are limited. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with this organization and thankful that their doors remained open after the devastation of the pandemic. Bless you all!

Staff were friendly and informative. Didn’t wait long for my appointment. Dr. Gonzales was so thorough with explaining and answering my question. I always struggle with choosing which is clearer 1 or 2 and once it even caused me getting the wrong prescription, but Dr. Gonzalez was patient with me and switched until I was sure. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

They were very friendly and inviting from me just walking in and making an appointment for not only myself but my elderly father. The staff is all about making the patient feel comfortable.

My wife and I had a great visit, so I 'm not sure if they've changed staff in the past 6 months. It's always hard to tell how legitimate some reviews are since you're only getting one side of the story. I thought the entire staff was very friendly, and while there was a slightly casual mood, I found it relaxing and welcoming. They were professional and the doctor was awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

My first appointment today was good. The office was clean and the staff was super friendly. I respect any Doctor and/or facility that accepts medi-cal, I hope patients that come here and receive state funded health insurance like myself realize that these doctors are a blessing to us and we should all treat each other with respect and dignity. This facility that is under new ownership I might add, should be your first choice if you are in the area and in the market for new spectacles 👓😉❤
