Waited over an hour for my son’s appointment. Still waiting. In the waiting room as I write this. I’ll let you know how the appointment goes if I ever get in.

Dr Seamont is great and never rushes you, he insures you understands everything going on, an his staff is great, very friendly.

Surprised no one has reviewed this place yet. The optometrists have been around for many years now. (20 plus years?) Anyhow I've been coming here on and off and so far no complaints.

Amazing eye doctor. Dr. Miller is thorough, thoughtful, and creative. The staff is incredible. Every single person helped me and I came away with fantastic new frames and contacts. Highly recommend.

Frame + Sight is a great new optometry practice in Long Beach. I needed a last minute appointment for an eye exam and frames and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday, which I really appreciated. Upon walking in, both the receptionist and the optician greeted me very warmly. I arrived a little early so I sat in the lobby to wait and they offered me water, coffee, or tea. The space itself is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. I didn’t have to wait long and got called in very quickly. Dr. Truong is a great optometrist. She is so welcoming and has a great demeanor. You can tell she’s super friendly and treats all of her patients with respect. I asked her a bunch of questions and she listened patiently and answered all of them. Also, the machines they were using all looked brand new. I was able to get a routine eye exam, as well as a dry eye exam and some sort of 3D imaging of my eyeballs. Once I left the exam room, the optician, Trina, was able to help get my insurance sorted out and explained to me what frames benefits would be covered. Then, as the world’s most indecisive person, I could not for the life of me pick out new frames on my own. However, I got personalized shopping help from Dr. Truong and from Trina and they were able to help me pick out a nice set of frames! They carry several brands including YSL. I ended up going with a set of Eco frames. They were able to use some sort of high tech thing to measure my face to ensure that the frames fit well and wouldn’t fall off. All in all, I had a great experience at Frame + Sight. Dr. Truong is excellent and the entire staff will make you feel like you’re in good hands from A to Z. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an optometrist.

My experience wasn't as expected cause after my eye surgery I haven't seen any improvement, I have stated my concerns to the doctor the first time. The doctor mentioned to come back a second time for a follow-up surgery and still no progress. After addressing my concerns for the third time, they wanted to up charge me for the visit for the 3rd time I reccommed to stay away and look else where.

Dr. Mamta Patel Eye Institute USF Tampa worked her miracles beyond my expectations! I have been deemed "Legally Blind" for over 2 year's now. I haven't been able to read, drive or write clearly. I missed seeing my beautiful granddaughter face. Just One month and 2 treatments later with this phenomenal Physician and beautiful being, has changed my life! I had been treated at 3 other facilities within 2 year limit. My vision went from bad to worse. I was referred to this renowned Physician who has helped me 70% within 1 month. Everyone from check in to check out demonstrates professional and ethical expertise. I adore her Nurse Bonnie and all the beautiful bright smiling assistants. I have never been more pleased with any medical facility such as this. The only flaw, it's cold, so they warn you to bring blankets and sweaters. Also, there's a long wait time. However, my vision and their treatment is a Blessing. Tampa Bay we are truly fortunate to the Buccaneers, the Lighting, the Ray's and the USF Health Care and Research Facility in Tampa Bay Remarkable, 5 star service, treatment and staffing.

Very thorough exams and excellent customer service. The lenses on my old pair of glasses (purchased elsewhere) were accidentally damaged when they were being adjusted. Dr Bellucci had brand new lenses with my updated prescription put in when the lenses couldn't be repaired. Above and beyond customer service!

Dr Degenaer was thorough and took the time to educate me on treatment for my condition, including the latest nutritional research. He also gave me information on the newest contact lens products for comfort and eye health. I highly recommend this practice.

Honestly very very bad service. My whole family tried to conduct our business here and im a little surprised that the lack of sense of urgency to get things done, the communication among the staff, and then the lack of empathy after waiting 4 weeks for my contacts didn’t result in a “we’re sorry about that” but instead were deflecting any responsibility. They stated they had called me to notify me when I know for a fact I had called the office numerous times AFTER the date they stated they called and they just 100% lied and refuse to apologize. If you transact here it’s because you did not research other options as I was guilty of doing. The optometrist however, a tall young guy he was good. Office staff not good.

Dr. Patel is one of the most caring and knowledgeable doctors I have ever met. She helped me a lot with my dry eye issues and her IPL machine is the state of the art tool. Highly recommend.
