I am a new patient and I was extremely pleased and impressed by the staff and medical professionals. The practice is very friendly, organized, and gets a 10 rating as far as professionalism.

I started going to dr palmers office after having horrible customer service from previous eye dr. I can honestly say the Kristen and Psy are very professional and friendly. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything to you. I will continue to come to this office for this reason.

Poor treatment. After 4 visits each one I felt like a new patient having to explain my history each time. The Dr. is looking at my file as if for the first time. Wasted my time and money. The last visit I was handed a brochure and told to come back in a year. My issues were not resolved. They don't have time for you.

Very unprofessional and rude. The person who answered the phone, Michelle kept interrupting my simply and polite questions and then just hung up on me. Have been a patient for 20 years and it is very disappointing how this person handles patients and customers.

First of all the Dr. was great, very friendly and informative. The other staff I dealt with is the reason I won’t be going back. The lady at the front counter was not rude, but you could tell she would rather not be dealing with customers at that moment. The woman I dealt with who was telling me about the options for glasses was very rude in my opinion, she made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there because they only sell name brand glasses. She told me my insurance was not that great, and that everything they sell is $150 and up. She made me feel very unwelcome like I needed to be at a budget eye doctor. Not only once but 3 times. So sorry I didn’t come in wearing a 3 piece suit. So just for the record, I do have the money to shop there, but I will be spending it elsewhere because of her rudeness.

So this is the second time I’ve visited Pacific Eye Instatute and each time I’ve had a somewhat of a good visit. Unfortunately this time I had to get a Diabetic eye exam which I’ve never even heard of or knew that exam even existed! Fortunately the wait wasn’t long and all of the staff at Pacific Eye Instatute were all very nice and professional. I wished the doctor had explained to me a little bit better about what was going on with my eyes because I feel like there is more going on than meets the eye! Lol .. No pun intended! I understand that I have been diagnosed with dry eyes but that doesn’t explain the massive floaters that I have now. I mean ever since being diagnosed with Diabetes I have had these floaters just get worse! I’m really concerned as it’s blocking my view at times. I was told to pick up some eye drops for dry eyes then he said that he would like to do more test! I’m thankful that he is looking more into what’s going on because this is a very uncomfortable & painful experience and it’s scary too! He also talked about doing some implants to create more natural tears. I’m going to try the eye drops first and hope that , that will help and then maybe I won’t have any more issues. Fingers crossed! 🤞😊 If you’re ever in the Temecula area and are looking for a place to do a Diabetic eye exam, this would be the place to go! I would recommend Pacific Eye Institute for any of your medical needs for your eyes! They are all very nice and professional!

Had to move on. I really believe it’s a staffing problem. But nonetheless a problem. Inaccuracies. Have to call them to follow up numerous times. And ended up spending hundreds of dollars on a pair of glasses I can’t see out of. Frustrating, time consuming and disregard for my money.

I went to Dr Robert for dry eye symptoms and after a few months my eyes are doing great again. My recent eye exam with eye drops also showed them doing great. Dr Robert is a joy to go to for acupuncture; professional, seasoned and is really focused on the patient’s needs.

Dr Pelosi was personable, explained everything and I was treated more like a friend than a client. Dean was helpful in picking out frames and explained the insurance coverage. Both very knowledgeable in their respective fields. Gladly recommend to anyone!!

I first took my grandson there to get his eyes checked. The staff that worked there are so wonderful. They are very professional, helpful and smiling all the time. Very happy. I love their customer service. So I decided I would get my eyes checked there and I had the great service again. I highly recommend this business.
