Dr. Schell is absolutely wonderful. Been going to hom for many years. The office ladies, are rude, not welcoming at all. It wouldn't hurt if they smiled once in awhile, and actually showed concern and kindness to the patients. The older ones, just need to go away, and retire.

Dr. Schell and his staff are absolutely top notch! I have been going to Dr. Schell for many years, he has always provided me with excellent care. Newest technology in his field that both he and his staff use to preform the exams. Dr. Schell recently discovered something a little off in one of my exams and recommend that I follow up with an ophthalmologist. So I did just that and he was spot on with what he found! I am so grateful for his knowledge and care. Because of his expertise I am now under the care of an ophthalmologist for my condition. Dr. Schell is simply the best!!

I felt so welcomed today. Andrea helped me out picking the perfect glasses for my son and I. She pulled all insurance showed me a break down if everything I wanted and I even added some great options. My son loved his experience. Julianna welcomed us the moment we came in the store and helped us for our eye exam appointment. Each of them were so kind. I actually look forward to my check up in 1 week

Friendly efficient service. They offer installments with klarna and Afterpay. Also I was able to pick up my glasses an hour after my eye exam for a few extra bucks🥰! …

My daughter and I had appointments on the 4th of August. My daughter's appointment was at 12:45pm and mine was at 3:45pm. They were able to schedule me in right after my daughter. The ladies at the front desk were great and helpful in helping us get our glasses. Thank you so much. I will be telling my friends and family to come to Lens Crafters.

The service from start to finish was amazing. Kyle and the rest of the staff are really kind, patient, and helpful . I have received glasses for myself and my child and I have received excellent service each time. I also like that they can text you if you are not able answer the phone to pick up your glasses. The wait was not bad either (each time). 10/10 Highly recommend!

Staff is always nice there kind,& attentive especially the one that help me I don't remember his name but he was wonderful, he helped me understand things that I needed. Also helpful in choosing a pair of glasses , as well as submitting the proper paperwork and hopefully getting me approved cause I really need my glasses .He very helpful & went far and beyond to help me, wish I remember his name because I give him a five stars wonderful personality like I said attentive polite very courteous he really help me through my experience there and I thank him very much sincerely Angela

Dr. Wang is incredibly kind and gracious with his explanations, particularly with child patients. I have been a patient for years, but when I started bringing my son, I really became aware of how knowledgeable and patient this practice can be with pediatric patients. I am beyond content with my experience here.

Our family has been coming here for over 20 years and has always been pleasant and helpful in our needs. Thanks for always working hard to accommodate this busy over populated community as we need more medical professionals in this desert. But unfortunately our community is growing but the need for medical is not which causes excessive waits for appointment settings and even more in emergency departments. Hopefully we can get more medical practices to grow with our constant growth of our community. Keep up the good work!

I took my kids there for an eye exam. I ordered a pair of glasses for my child because she really needed them and couldn’t see at school. They said they would be ready in less then a week. 4 weeks go by and nothing. After waiting the first week, I just ordered a pair online. Once they were finally ready I let the store know I had already received a pair online faster and wanted a refund. I still have not ever received the glasses mind, you and they said they could offer a store credit. I told them that would not work as I had ordered all the glasses for my whole family off Zenni and they were less for 5 pairs then the one I’m their office. I didn’t need anything else from their store! The manager was very rude and had an attitude. Super unprofessional I would not recommend anyone ever go there. Worst service ever!

I have to admit that the reviews scared me and I considered cancelling my mother's appointment. But, something lead me to NOT cancel. I was very pleased with their service, but especially touched by the kind heartedness we experienced at every turn of Mom's appointment. I decided to be seen as a " walk in" as it had been years since my last exam. I was cared for by a few diffferent employees as well as a few of the same employees as my mother had and have to say that I too was also shown the same friendly kind heartedness. I will try and update my review later to let other's know how long it took to get our prescription glasses as I read reviews on that part not going so well. We were given a time frame of 3 weeks but also told that it could run a bit longer. Thank you Vision Center of Victor Valley for the warm welcome when we arrived, for the great care throughout our visit, and for the departing friendliness.
