Had an appointment today for my daughter. Waited an hour before they even called us back but this doctor is totally worth the wait. You can tell Dr. Lopez has a passion for what he does. My 5 year old is super hyper and after waiting a while was starting to get impatient. After we finally got to see the doctor he was very gifted in working with children. My daughter went from totally not wanting to be there to totally laughing and having a nice visit. He played tricks with my daughter and made jokes. All I got to say is he is totally worth the wait!

Always a pleasant experience when I come in for my annual eye exam. Extremely kind staff and I love Dr. Carlin! Very professional and explains my chart to where I understand on a basic level and answers all my silly questions with no hesitation. Super excited to pick up my new frames soon! Whoop whoop!

This is by far the best eye doctor around. Not only is she extremely efficient and professional, she cares about your problem and does not stop until you are taken care of. I have been going here for years and recommend to anyone who will listen. She has helped me find the perfect contact lenses for my astigmatism, never pushes any brand.

I've been going here for years and once I had kids I started bringing them here too. They are amazing with my kids and we always have a wonderful experience.

I showed up to my appointment and there was a 30 minute wait to be seen. The other location in Deltona is a nicer office and much more space. I would not recommend this location.

I had my original visit last year. The service was good. This year, they saved me!!! I accidentally fell asleep with my glasses on. Unfortunately, when I woke up, the frames were bent, and there was a scew missing. I rushed to the store immediately. Without hesitation, they fixed my glasses while I waited. #Amazing #10/10 #Willworkwiththemagain

Wasted time checking in at the Kiosk. Went through the entire process and still had to check in at the desk. Was told they needed to see my insurance cards because I had not been there in at least a year which was not accurate. I had been …
