I love this place I went for the first time today, they were very helpful I love the front staff and the doctors they helped my problem if you need ear cleaning this is the place to go to. I recommend this place to anyone I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND YOUR WORK for taking your patients serious if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Everyone was so nice I haven't felt this way in so long, I also love the way that you don't wait long I'm a keep going to this place

First of all, I rarely write reviews. But my experience today at the South Park office with Dr. Morrison was a pleasant surprise. He was personable, kind, concerned, and professional in how he helped with my ear problem. You can be the best at what you do, but if your personality is terrible, and you don’t seem concerned about the patients you’re treating then your professionalism really doesn’t matter to me. Dr. Morrison was awesome. I would highly recommend him And I was grateful for his skills and expertise today. Thanks, Doc!

I’ve been going to Dr Joy for many years and she does a wonderful job helping me care for my eye sight. She’s very knowledgeable on the latest contact lens technology and moves me up to better comfort and sight when possible. She has a great personality and I always feel well taken care of.

I had a great visit with Dr. Suarez. Her office staff is amazing. I was seen on time and Dr. Suarez was patient and answered all of my questions. Hope also went the extra mile to research the possible cost of my new contact lenses. Thanks to everyone! I highly recommend Northwest Family Eye Care!

I showed up on the wrong date, and the staff worked me in anyway. Clearly I really needed glasses! I had never been to an eye doctor before, and I was a little unnerved to say the least. Dr. Meyer and his team were fantastic, had a great bedside manner, and had the most modern technology to make the experience as painless as possible! Thank you!

My first cataract surgery went well. Due to the pressure in my right eye after that surgery, I can no longer see properly out of my right eye. I'm on five different eyedrops every day. Dr. Yhair says my vision might take weeks to come back.

This is specific to the glasses part of the office, not the exam. Twice in a week we heard the same thing after signing in and waiting; “You snuck in on me. I didn’t see you there.” No, no, we didn’t. We walked in, signed your notebook, and sat down. If that doesn’t work for you to let you know when you have customers, maybe you should adjust your process! Heck, put a light in and have customers turn it on to notify you, get your attention.

Great experience This was our first visit and we are so grateful for the staff that took care of us. The professionalism ,the knowledge, the procedure, and the welcoming was remarkable. Transferring from NEPA to Florida is an eye opening experience. (No pun intended) Fabulous experience ! Very Thankful!
