if i could leave zero stars, i would. every time i’ve ever called there, i’m treated like a giant inconvenience. even when i went in for my appointment, the two girls were more interested in hiding behind a curtain and complaining about scheduling than they were with helping me. they didn’t have my prescription in stock, so i had to order them and was told they’d be delivered to my house.. over 3 weeks later, I call to ask about the order, they were put in to ship to the store and they didn’t know where they were. the lady i spoke with was so incredibly rude, i laughed out loud at one point because i was so flabbergasted by how i was being treated. never again.

Dr Chen is the best. Kind, caring and he listens. Staff is like wise. Can't say enough good things about care. Cataract surgery was easy and no need for anxiety. Thank you for the great service

I called to make an appointment, they were able to see me immediately! The staff is extremely friendly and caring. The whole process of ordering and receiving my glasses was exceptional. I was able to take home my glasses within 6 days of ordering them!! Highly recommend to any and everyone !!

My family has been going to SVS for eye care for 5 years now and we absolutely love them! The ladies in the front always go above and beyond to help you find the perfect pair of glasses!

It was warm, positive, friendly, professional. It was great that I left there with a resolution. I have great feeling going back. I have no problem recommending all the ladies that work there from Dr Cooper, Pamela, front desk and all. Everyone created a friendly atmosphere. It's heartening to know that we still have caring people out there.

This review is specifically for the ramp security that was on duty today (1/26/2022 at 11:30 am). These men went out of their way to help me jump my car and it was a lot of work to get underneath my hood because the latch was broken and it was freezing cold! I am SO grateful! I don't know what I would have done without them!
