They have a great reputation. My vet referred me there. It's hard to get an appointment and a long wait. They are expensive. I didn't go because my dog got better.

A+ service experience doesn't cover it. Dr. Canton and his staff made this process as comfortable and timely as it could be. Really cannot imagine dealing with anyone else. My Boston Cash gets excited; yep excited to come visit. Just come see these folks, don't delay your pets care. Top tier. Thank you all very much!

She is amazing. She is so sweet and kind and funny & so so helpful. Explains everything clearly and is such a professional. She is the only optometrist my sister and i ever see. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend -Angel k.

I took my daughter to get new glasses on August 2nd. She had a check up and we picked out new glasses I paid $60 for the frames and the anti glare. I noticed last last Monday had been 4 weeks and I haven't heard from them, I called them they had said that they have no idea when the shipment with her glasses will be in. They said they were going to have a manager call me and tell me an exact date, never heard from them, they are uncommunative, rude, and sound like they don't know what the heck there doing. I'm very irritated with them because my daughter's old pair of glasses have broke and she can't see at all, she also has been getting headaches and eye pain she has been stuck with an ice pack to her face for the last few days after school. They told me they should have been here within 2 weeks.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Worst optometrist ever. The communication is the worst. 1st experience was horrible. Second experience was horrible. I’ve been waiting on glasses for a business that’s closing, silly me to expect them to notify me of any changes of updates. Glad they’re shutting down, they give the dental office a bad representation continuously.

I like that the dr was good anuff to my son that he sat right down&wasnt scared.even tho its an eye dr .going to the dr for any child is scarey but this dr had him answering his questions without any problems!id recommend any child !or adult.he was straight with his questions&we were in &out in no time .nice glasses.

Went in for a problem, no resolution, given several different medications over several different visits. Front desk staff looks bored and with a bad attitude. Not helpful. I wasn’t very happy during my approximately 5th visit. I didn’t say anything, was just frustrated at my repeat visits. Maybe they saw that. My appt was at 3:30. They made me wait in the lobby and saw me dead last, which ended up being after 5:30pm. Not much I could do about it. But I asked my primary care provider to send me to a different office. Waiting for a second opinion.
