I was referred to this place by a friend that recommended Wayne as an optician. Wayne was great. To get my glasses was another thing. My first pair of glasses were not only late in getting to me, they were the wrong lenses...the staff had screwed up the order and the lenses were made wrong. To resolve and expedite the issue, I offered to buy another set of frames, just like I'd just spent $800 on and have new lenses (made correctly this time) and I would eat the wrongly made glasses and just keep them as spares. Two months later now and still no glasses. I have been lied to and gaslighted now by Wayne's staff more times than I can count. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Wayne needs a new staff or to move on from this group of incompetent nincompoops or suffer the loss of more customers and tarnishing his own reputation. This place is a complete joke. This is the first experience I've ever had anywhere that the entire staff are made up of pathological liars. Usually it's just one knucklehead...

Dr Mendoza is probably my favorite doctor of all time. Other doctors tend to make you feel rushed, but Dr Mendoza really takes the time to figure out what’s going on. I feel very comfortable there. Nice staff, no issues with scheduling/billing/etc

This has been my optometrist for 7years! I’ve always received great care! I’ve gotten glasses and been fitted for contacts here. When my glasses broke I was able to call and purchase contacts until I could either replace my glasses or buy more contacts.

This business is the absolute definition of Perfection! I had my prescription done about a year ago With Doctor Mendoza and I owe her alot for giving me and my dad a perfect fit! Honestly, I need more ophthalmologist like this in California! I would also like to thank Maggie for her calm, friendly, and understanding nature!

Last week, I stopped in to schedule an appointment for second eye surgery. Staff was very helpful and courteous and found an appointment. Next, I visited Dr. Adgazi for a checkup before surgery scheduling; again, staff was helpful and courteous. I scheduled another appointment to review insurance and schedule surgery; however the Center needed another authorization. Once more, staff called to advise me of the new authorization and we will schedule when it is received. I am very pleased with the service and care at Redwood Eye Center.

Joseph was great!! He is very personable and pleasant. Though very busy, he took the time to make sure that my glasses were fit comfortably. I was made to feel as if I, and my needs were important . The people at the front desk are very pleasant and welcoming.

Joseph and Angelica were so helpful! They went over and beyond to help me accomplish what I needed to get done for me picking out the perfect frames and lenses for my son! Joseph explained the costs and all the details! I had spoke to Joseph and Angelica several times and they both were always so helpful and very understanding of my situation! I would highly recommend redwood eye center! They will make sure your needs are met! God bless you both!

I'm done with this place. Staff has ZERO BACKBONE. Lab made an error, no problem people make mistakes. Glasses had to be remade was told it would take 10 business days. 10 business days past I call for status of my glasses was told they will call the lab right now. I get a call back stating that the lab said it would be an additional three days. Why? They made the mistake, only needed to remake one lens, and it takes more time to make the one lens than when they made the incorrect glasses. Staff didn't seem to care showed no sense of urgency did not offer to recall them to put a rush on it. Im done

HORRIBLE. They prescribed me the wrong number for lenses so when I received my glasses, I spent three days suffering nausea, dizziness, and migraines. I had to go back to my old glasses to remove the suffering I experienced. Luckily, I visited a different optometrist to have another round of eye checkup and they had a whole different number for my eyes! Unfortunately, since my insurance was already charged by Vallejo Optometry Group, I had to pay out of pocket for that different checkup. I would NEVER go back here. They didn't even do any of the routine tests wherein they shoot air to your eyes, find all the squiggly lines, etc.

Beyond grateful for Dr. Canton and the staff here. They took my fur baby in, determined she had a very very deep ulcer in her eye, other surface ulcers, and a bad case of active herpes. If this team hadn’t taken us in as quickly as they did and treated as aggressively as they did, the ulcer may have ruptured. Truly believe she could have lost her eye. It’s been a couple months of aggressive and thorough treatment, along with lots of check ups, and my girl is back to her sassy self. Thank you so much Dr Canton & team!!
