I've been coming here since I was 5 and my parents have been coming here since it opened. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Great customer service! The staff was attentive. The optometrist did a great job with my prescription and was really nice and friendly. Had lots of help when looking at glasses and there was no pressure to buy. Ordered sunglasses as well. Great all around experience.

Can I leave less than 1 star?! This is the third time I have shown up for my appointment early, after an 45 minute drive, only to find out it was cancelled or rescheduled without my knowledge. No missed calls, no voicemails. On top of that the staff is INSANELY rude. A simple apology could have sufficed but she very rudely informed me that this was somehow MY fault. So unbelievably infuriating. THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Dr Grenier would fare better firing his office staff and starting from scratch.

I recently required cataract surgery for vision correction. I have worn glasses when I was six, and although I was a little nervous I was also excited to have the surgery. I knew some of what to expect from my husband's experiences with this type of surgery, so I knew what I wanted to ensure the best results. Dr White made sure I understood all the options and the pros and cons. Although not covered by insurance, I opted for a multifocal lens with astigmatism correction, and laser assisted surgery. It was a great choice! The second eye surgery was less than a week ago, and healing is progressing well. My distance vision is excellent, and I am adapting to the difference in my near vision from the glasses with progressive lenses I wore before the surgery. Dr White was great through the whole process. The laser incisions were completed first and she was fast and accurate. Since they use "conscious anesthesia" I was able to hear everything going on during the actual lens replacement and she communicated with me during the process so I knew what to expect and how it was progressing. She and the medical team at The Peak Surgery Center were a great team, and the respect for Dr White from the team, and theirs for her was evident. Highly recommend Dr White and the team!

Dr. John Lamers was wonderful. For those of you who are nervous about having your eyes checked, he was kind and his exam was gentle. I recommend asking for him at Jensen Eye Associates.

Dr. Brewer is AMAZING!! So glad we found him and no longer will go with anyone else!! He knows what he is doing, very knowledgeable!! Great care and service!! Very good with myself and my kids!!

Absolutely love Dr Ram, he’s highly skilled, has a wonderful chairside manner and has saved my sight twice now in 5 years. I won’t go to any other Retina MD ever again. Also particularly worthy of a mention is Nurse Ashley, always remembers me and is truly empathetic.

I had a great experience at North Park Optometry. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Davis took the time to help me pick out my new pair of glasses and was so helpful and encouraging. Arlene was also very helpful in the process. They have a great selection of frames and I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me. I highly recommend them.

I called to make an appointment for an eye exam, two days in a row. Never got a call back. The second day I called, someone answered and placed me “on hold” and then it transferred me to an automated system that said they were closed at 10am! Guess I’ll find somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.
