Absolutely horrible place, we had an appointment at 12 and am still here at 6. Have not even been called and wasted the entire day here because of the horrible planning. If you’re recommended here by your physician immediately ask for another place. Ridiculously hot inside, good luck.

Dr. Shields is always so kind, friendly and informative. It is evident she cares about me as a patient, and is always happy to address and investigate any concerns I bring to the table. I can’t say this for many doctors, but I actually look forward to my appointments with her.

This was my first visit, and Dr. Tsai and his staff were fabulous! Hands down the best eye exam I’ve ever had! It was so comprehensive, and Dr. Tsai truly cared about educating me as a patient. I am so grateful I came in, and I will be bringing my whole family!

always friendly to me and doc helped me out big time when i had uveitis that was hard to detect. they also put in my lenses to my favorite frames! ^_^

Absolutely poor customer service, I should not have to beg for my contact prescription, or wait hours to receive it online. i had to beg like a fool to get my prescription! Norma was extremely rude to my family member - It felt like she was just trying to get extra money out of me and not include her and just try to include my family in a decision making when getting contacts. Do not come here if you just want a prescription, they will hassle you!

My first visit at this location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Dr. Swindell helped my 8 year old daughter feel very comfortable in taking her time during her eye exam. I am confident that my daughter received the best attention and eye care from my observation. I also had an eye exam and had the same positive experience. I have never had such an experience anywhere else. I highly recommend this location!

I had my appointment the end of October. I had to wait more than a month for my trial contact lenses to come in with no updates from staff. I called November 10 and left a voicemail. I used their text message service that following Monday asking for an update both of which had no response. I had to go in person to ask what was going on with my contacts. They claimed they called me and “forgot” to write that down in my file. They scheduled me for an appointment w/o my trials even being there. Raquel was super nice and gave me a month lens to try so I would not waste time for making the trip. After a week (a month after initial appointment) they called and said my trail lenses came in. I was scheduled and to my surprise they only sent the left lenses! They scheduled me w/o checking the shipment and they still had the nerve to ask of I had worn contacts before! I finally get called to pick up my right eye trials. I ask for my contact prescription as I am very unhappy with their service and, I can’t get it as I need to finalize my trails before! They just flat out said “nope” with some attitude. This place needs better attention to detail and better service.

Dr. Valenti helped our son Joel tremendously to where he is today. We are very thankful to have met him and his staff. CG

Bit of a wait but good support from the staff. I expected as much coming in on the same day as my symptoms. Got some drops several times which provided irritation relief while waiting to be seen by the Doctor. Dr. Corwin was quick to diagnose my problem, addressed it and sent me on my way in a few minutes. Relief, thanks Doc!

I absolutely ❤️the care I received at The Eye Center At Jackson I think the best part is the kindness and respect of all the staff. They truly treat you as a human being. Service means a lot to me. All the way from the “Hello “ when you walk in the door to the physician who explains any issues on layman terms for me. Truly a great experience ❤️❤️👍🏽👍🏽
