I want to recognize Caleb for his exceptional assistance at Costco optical this afternoon (8/7/23) when I came to pick up my grandson's new glasses. His new prescription is very close to the previous prescription but we needed to get new glasses since he had broken the frame. I was able to find a frame from two prescriptions prior and brought them to Costco to see if they could swap the lenses to have as back-up. I asked Caleb if he could help and he happily and without hesitation did so. This saved me having to get a second pair of back-up lenses, which was a big help. Thanks so much, Caleb!!

I had my first stress-free optical appointment ever here last week. Calling and scheduling was easy and the receptionist takes the time to leave a reminder on your phone the day prior. Not only was she professional, nice, and honest but so was Dr. Laura. The appointment itself was quick, thorough, and easy--in spite of my being a couple minutes late. Additionally, never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. Now, I have a prescription that is good for two (!) years and is in Costco's system in case we move again. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Cycled through never ending loops being unable to reach, optometrists voice mail is full.

I love going to the Davis facility and everybody in the optical department or wonderful and helpful and I had a good experience there I do recommend going there for your examinations and new glasses

Went in for an eye appointment with Pinky Weiser and she did not let me know after my appointment that I would not be able to drive or do anything, she just put the drops in and when I asked if I could drive she said yes to just focus but everyone knows you can’t drive. I had went to the appointment alone and had to call family to pick me and my car up! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

First visit to any vision doctor. They did a great job of getting me in and showing me the ropes. Excellent staff. Friendly people and great people.

Dr Carr and staff are excellent. Nice selection of glasses as well.

TRASH. I should have believed the reviews. If I could give zero stars for front desk customer service I would. Rude, unhelpful, and lacks all sense of patience. When getting fitted after the appointment they will help anyone who walks in before finishing with you. The Doc herself, she will rush you out of the office and be reluctant to answer questions. Upon confronting her about her actions and body language, she gave a sarcastic sense of "happy" (for lack of a better wor). Called back a year later after scratching my glasses and asked if my glasses had insurance. She refused to tell me if they did until i told her which ones and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked the brand name of the ones with insurance. Definitely fishy.
