I did have to wait a few minutes past my appointment time, but the front office clerks were quite nice and the vision tech was friendly. The eyeglasses displays were well-organized and neat with a good selection of frames.

Clean and welcoming office. Front desk clerks are very friendly and helpful. My wait time was less than 10 min for my exam to start. The doctor was very thorough, she tested for everything I asked about, answered every question, and made me feel confident, secure, and cared about. She took her time, did not rush at all. This will be my eye doctor from now on. 5 star service. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Dr. Harter was very nice and he was extremely thorough. He took the time to examine me and didn't rush through my appointment. I have been having many issues with my eyes because of thyroid condition, lupus and sjogrens. He understood this and knew what to do. Other doctors I had seen before didn't really seem to have enough knowledge in that area. I recommend him, especially if you are dealing with other medical reasons that affect your eyes. You will want a doctor that can help make you better. My eyes feel so much better now.

Have been a patient for decades. I’m grateful for the many years of care and service from Dr, Carr and the wonderful front and back office folks. Dr. Carr has always had great patience with me when I ask my, ‘How does it work?’ questions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My thanks to everyone at VOVC.

The staff at Vacaville optometrist Are very friendly and polite. But when it comes to warranting their I wear that you purchase from them. Not so good, you get the run around. I bought a pair of glasses that I spend extra money on hoping they would last longer not so much. They came apart after two days. 😠 so please be careful on when you buy classes there and on there warranty Status.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Vacaville Optometrist for over 20 years. Doctor Carr is great. The office staff is courteous and friendly. Getting an appointment is always easy. The staff that works with Doctor Carr are very well trained. My glasses always fit and the prescription is right for me. Way to go guys. Thumbs up in my book

Dr. Naahn and her staff are amazing and treat my kids and I like family, being patient with kids and taking care of our eyes, my kid recently needed glasses and Kim was super sweet with her thru all her tests, Yvette helped her pick out her very first specs, they are all amazing and ensure we’ve got healthy eyes!!

The office staff is professional and pleasant to work with. Always look forward to new glasses and my visit.

Their staff are friendly and courteous. They noticed something wasnt right with my insurance and instead of just going ahead and charging me they took the time to call them to make sure I got the fullest coverage. They saved me almost 200 in just making that call and making sure before going thru with everything. I highly recommend them no matter the age range

This place was amazing I brought my broken glasses that I purchased in another location and they fixed them for me within 24 hours. I'm sure they're not able to do this for everybody but they did it for me and that is amazing I highly recommend this business. These individuals are true Craftsman they just don't sell but they are capable of fixing in house. Truly a lost art, thanks guys I really appreciate your excellent customer service
