This place was amazing I brought my broken glasses that I purchased in another location and they fixed them for me within 24 hours. I'm sure they're not able to do this for everybody but they did it for me and that is amazing I highly recommend this business. These individuals are true Craftsman they just don't sell but they are capable of fixing in house. Truly a lost art, thanks guys I really appreciate your excellent customer service

I came in and was able to get an appointment within the same week. It was great. The folks that work there are really nice and super helpful. I LOVE the large selection of choices. SO MANY cute frames it was hard to choose just one pair. I loved the free set of glasses too! I also got safety glasses and loved the selection. It was a great visit. Most of my order will be ready to pick up within four days!! I appreciate the staffs help and friendliness.

While I was a little leery of this place just because of the previous negative reviews, I decided to go with my gut and give them a try. When I called, the receptionist seemed a little under the weather so not very cheerful, but very helpful, had nothing but good things to say about the doctor, and got me in the same day. I was greeted with a smile when I arrived, and the paperwork was super simple. I was called back right on time and Dr. Gless was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There was a simple transition back to the front with my RX, where they went over my insurance coverage. Kelly, who I later found out was the owner, was very helpful with checking into my coverage further and placing my order. The receptionist, whom I have no idea what her name was, even helped me decide on which frames look best. I am glad I gave them a try because they proved to do a great job! I would definitely recommend this office.

This vision center is beyond great! It was a blessing for us! My son had Dyslexia and couldn't read. I searched for years for someone who could help and found nothing and no one. The Doctor and office staff are wonderful and kind and caring. They do miracles here at an attainable prices. I found a couple other places that did reading vision therapy, but they wanted 10,000 cash for 10 hours and did not take any insurance. Leaving no regular person any ability to take advantage of their program. Here at Dr. Chases office they really care for the children and will try hard as possible to accommodate what you need to get your kid on track with reading. Also the vision tests here are very comprehensive, much better than I have ever had elsewhere. As a parent it really makes all the difference in your life to have a clinic that really cares for the kids behind you. Dr. Chase has always been wonderful with my son and I appreciate him and his staff so very much! They are a big part of my sons success in the man he is becoming and will be. Thank you Dr. Chase and Lisa and Mark and Staff for your support and amazing work! It made all the difference in my family's life!

My son Cayman has been seeing Dr. Chase for vision therapy since he was five years old. He also takes care of his vision testing. It’s been twenty three years and even though we have to drive a few hours for the office visit, we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Chase is the best! I’ve been seeing him for my eye care for years as well. He is very professional, really cares about his patients and has a great personality!! Donna

Absolutely phenomenal small practice with a friendly and intimate staff. Dr. Chase took care of business as usual and made me feel comfortable and listened to. Insurance was handled with no issues and my new contacts should arrive in a few days! What a great place.

The staff was amazing. From the guy escorting me to check my eyes with the 4 machines, to the one on one consultation with the doctor who made me feel comfortable and with sue’s amazing customer’s service. I’m so returning to this exact location for everyone’s amazing customer services and their welcoming personalities.
