Unprofessional front desk. My husband went in as workers comp. At first they checked him in and then They took him out of the room after getting his eyes dilated And they tried to have him pay self pay bc they didn’t have what they needed. …

Great experience. Dr. Noble and his staff are top notch. Helps me understand my insurance options, helps with glasses tightening in between check ups. Nice perks like glasses cleaner, and the occasional chocolates as well. Examinations are very thorough and comfortable.

The lead MD and owner seems fine. This clinic is mis-managed and consistently wastes everyone's time. Every appointment I've had has taken 45-hour for basic semi-annual testing and most have started 15-30 minutes late. The last straw was when I called to re-schedule two months inadvance for a 9:15 appt. The confirmation text message also confirmed 9:15 AM. The receptionist, when asked at 9:45, said I had a 10:30Am appt, even though I wrote 9:15 AM on the check-in form (which no one looks at). The response, when I asked to be seen immediately to make things right (and not wait until 10:30) or I could find some other clinic, I was told to find another clinic. The front desk staff blamed a 3rd party appt reminder company, not themselves. If you like service like the DMV and are retired and have all day to spend, and have little self-respect, enjoy.

Just had my final visit with Dr. Beaulieu. I’m extremely happy with the results of my eyelid surgery. I read a lot, so it is nice to be able to read and not feel like you need to hold up your eyelids. There is also the safety factor when driving. The office staff, and his assistants were very kind and efficient. Thanks to all of you.

Dr. Ruiz has been the most marvelous doctor I ever visited. He explains the eye examination in detail, does not rush you out like every other doctor, is genuinely empathetic, & was willing to even work around my schedule. I will never go to another eye doctor again, unless it is him. Previously an optometrist attempted to diagnose me as having glaucoma issues. Dr. Ruiz solved the issue and immediately knew what it was (it was not glaucoma). My eye resolved itself after his treatment and I got my vision back. He saved me money and time. Joy also is so pleasant to work with as she is the upmost friendliest! She takes care of you as if you were family. She welcomed me with a hug. Very home like vibes here. I highly recommend to my own family and friends and hope you find your visitation as delightful as mine.

Dr Parker has been taking excellent care of me for years. Kathy in the eyewear center is exceptional, always willing to help, and offers good advice when choosing glasses. If there is any issues( loose or ill fitting frames, lost screws, lost nose pads) she is readily available and solves the issue with a smile!

Dr Jennifer Kerns at Spokane Eye Clinic is truly most caring eye doctor I’ve ever seen. If you have contact problems - see her. If there is a fix, she will find it!

First time visiting this office, went really smooth! All appointment times were ment if not running early, definitely glad I called this office everyone was very professional. A+

Dr. Roth and his staff are incredible people. Dr. Roth’s surgical skill removing cataracts and replacing with Pan Optix lenses is the best bar none! After 60 years wearing glasses I now have perfect 20-20 vision in near, intermediate and far vision. The personal attention he and his staff provided was a step above all! A phone call 4 times post op by Dr. Roth then his staff provided tremendous support! What Dr. Roth did for me is nothing short of a miracle! My life is changed in profoundly positive ways. I never have to wear glasses again! I am so thankful! Thank you Dr. Roth and all your staff!
