AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!! I have been waiting for my daughter's eyeglasses for almost a month. Customer service is terrible and they drop your calls after leaving you on hold, they don't return your calls, AND they want to charge you extra to give you your pupillary distance measurement, which is measured during the cosultation. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Fast. Super friendly. They focus on you and just you to make sure you get exactly what you need. I was really happy with the cost after insurance also. Wonderful people.

Went to this place to have my frame fixed. The gentleman helped fix it real quick, and the young lady also patiently cleaned my aged glasses, which have never been cleaned before :) I was worried that I might get turned down as they don't make any profit from helping fix frames. It turned out that they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Such a gem of a place

Today I went to this place with my mother. My mother and I sat down at the front desk waiting for the young lady to come assist us switch took about 15 mins, and she had the driest greeting in the office. She started talking to mother about her glasses as we thought but came to realize she was on her phone the whole time very unprofessional and it's against hippaa.. Other then that the other young ladies were very helpful and informative.

Doctors seem nice enough and the receptionist is great with insurance - but whoever is doing the glasses part does not seem to either: want you to buy there, or be happy with your selection(sorry, this is all we have, no we can't fill frames from other locations, etc)? Looking for a new provider after my last bad experience.

Was my first eye exam, and i was treated friendly and respectfully. The Doc. is super kind and i knew i was in good hands. Including the ladies at the front desk and on my checking ups theyve been effecient and answered my questions and concerns if any, they also fixed my glasses and made them comfy on the nose part. Looking foward for my next app.

My husband had an appointment and upon arrival no one had keys to open the building. More people began arriving and were told it was going to be awhile. My husband ended up leaving. Rescheduled appointment for 8:45 and upon arrival was told Dr would not be arriving until 10. We have an hour drive to get there. Also told we had an outstanding balance for a visit over 18 months ago that we never received a bill for. My husband has yet to be seen. My husband and I will not be back. It’s a shame bc we loved Dr Hacker who is no longer with them.

I've gotten 3 prescriptions at Felipe Tran's Optometrist office over the years and my experience has always been outstanding. They have great staff and they were very efficient. The entire visit took under 15 minutes and I was out the door with my prescription in-hand.

First visit after leaving a very busy & competent Doctors practice that made me feel like on was on an assembly line, then got scolded for using a drinking fountain in an inner office. lol This Doc took his time, patiently explained what was going on in a non-judgmental approach. A definite keeper. His staff was great!!
