The diagnostic staff and Docctors are all great. But the office is awful. It takes the receptionist 10 t0 15 minutes just to answer the phone.. the phone system is really used as a crutch there. I had a very efficient exam and tests for cataract surgery three weeks ago and never got informed my surgery was scheduled??? I have been playing phone tag with the surgery scheduler for two weeks now and have NOT gotten an answer yet. They really need a good office manager there to straighten out office procedures. Great medical... poor office practices.

My wife first went to Dr. Griffith years ago, she was always happy with his service. We moved away from CA in 2010. Fast-forward to 2017 and we moved back for career and family. Now with a little boy, all three of us have been in and checked by Dr. Hamlet. She is so sweet and sincere, you can tell she loves what she does. It's also nice to visit a doctor that invests and utilizes the latest technology in optical care. This is the kind of doctor I trust, and would recommend to family, friends and strangers!

They take their time in the eye exam. I started going to another eye doctor, but the experiences with both Dr. Griffith and Dr. Hamlet were better, so now I am back. I buy my frames elsewhere and have the lenses fitted here.

Very efficient and personable. I've been coming here for years. They get me in and efficiently while still taking the time to listen to my needs. They explain what I need to know clearly and plainly. Best customer service by far

Very personal visit,…great staff. The doctor took out the time to explain what my problem was,…and the plan to fix it - perhaps the best and clearest explanation l have EVER received from a doctor. I HIGHLY recommend this location for all your eye needs !!!!

The doctor explains everything very well. He believes in giving diet and lifestyle advice, which is great. He didn’t jump right to the most expensive treatment, which I appreciated the recommended some good products which I purchased at the office which was reasonably priced. The office was impeccably clean overall I would highly recommend this office, I was very impressed

I felt unimportant to the woman assisting me with my lens replacement and I had brought my new frames from my work and she dropped and slammed them several times on the counter. Also she kept assisting other people while she was helping me and it made me feel less important. Plus she was kind of rude to another employee in front of me.

Everyone there were genuine. No wasting one's time and pushing to sell items. The optometrist kept me script the same, I myself decided I needed new lenses because they are about 4-5 yrs old and don't darken anymore and UV protection is worn out. I was not pushed into buying frames also. I kept mine.
