I’ve known them for a very long time and always great with correcting my vision with very good glasses. Great service. I would recommend.

Old-school patient-first eye doctor. Will not hesitate to talk you out of more expensive things if they are not necessary for you, and charges less than some of the local factory-style shops. Can take a while to get an appointment, but they also have a waitlist for a shot at getting in sooner. Worth the wait either way.

Dr Lee and the entire Look team are exceptional. They are professional, friendly and very accommodating. The office has advanced technology equipment and a large variety of glasses. I'm always pleased with my visit and the follow-up procedures/reminders for appointments.

Dr Cozzetta runs a great office. They are professional and convenient. Doc has a great personality and is very friendly. I have always had a good experience there and will continue to refer friends and family there.

On December 26, 2017 we took my oldest daughter in to get her eyeglasses and an exam. She was very lethargic which must’ve seem strange to the staff, but we got her glasses and you guys were so kind to take them back when she passed away the next day, we were so grateful that there are still places out there that will except unfortunate circumstances like that. Dr. Brass recently performed cataract surgery on my eye and I can’t say enough about how compassionate and caring he and his staff have been. I am blind in the other eye, so my anxiety level was pretty high prior to the surgery. He and his staff were reassuring and warm and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The Vivity lens has given me amazingly excellent vision and I am very grateful to Dr. Brass for taking such good care of me.

They have my mother there and they just called me after hours. I missed the call, they didn't leave a message, I called back 3 minutes after they called, and was directed to the on call doctor, who had no idea what was going on but was able to tell me there were no surgeries today. I finally got hold of my mom and they had reached out to her emergency contacts to tell us that their discount code at the hotel nearby was no longer valid. They could easily have left a message instead of making me think my mom had been put under and not woken up. My rating has nothing to do with the doctors; the front desk staff need to learn some basic phone etiquette.
