I really like the optometrist I saw today. He was nice, made all instructions or questions clear, and even let my very curious 4 year old take a look at my eyes through the machine, which he thought was awesome. I had to wait awhile to order my lenses afterwards and was bounced back and forth between counters, which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall I recommend them.

Dr. O, is very knowledgeable and professional. His office still maintains Covid restrictions, but you don't need a mask to enter.

Great service! The front desk lady was so helpful. Very thorough in explaining my coverage and the features of my glasses. So knowledgeable! She also offered to adjust my existing glasses since it keeps on slipping from my nose. I really appreciate that. The doctor did a great job explaining the routine check too. Selection of glasses is great. Highly recommended!!

Eye Appeal Optometry is exceptional!!! It is sometimes difficult to find good service locations with insurance companies; so I was a bit apprehensive when I needed to go to the eye doctor. I worried for nothing! It is truly rare for me to feel comfortable and like a doctor's office. I loved Eye Appeal Optometry!!! 😊 From the time you enter the office to when you leave; it is calm, peaceful and welcoming. The design of the office is in a beautiful Asian style. The young lady at the front desk, Karen, is wonderful!! She is respectful and kind. And Doctor Oishi is amazing!!! You can tell he has worked as an Optometrist for a long time; however, he is so personable and kind and takes time to see you as an individual though he is very busy with patients. Doctor Oishi and Karen also take excellent care of the office; it is very clean and is sanitized between each customer. They are a great team; professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and kind!!! Thank you Eye Appeal Optometry!!! You get my highest marks and I will refer all my friends and family to you! Dr. Le was very informative and kind. He explained all that I needed to know about my exam. And Reid was so helpful and made sure he could get me what I needed and also got what I wanted.

Eye doctor was friendly. He’s actually seen before at other eye exam of California locations. Definitely recommend him. Staff was so so helpful and nice. Would absolutely recommend this location over other locations

I’ve been seeing Dr. Utnehmer since I was 11. Thirty years later, he’s been treating my daughter. Dr. Utnehmer and his associate did my LASIK 10 years ago and I’m still so glad I did it. Just saw him for a checkup and I still have better than 20/20 vision, no complications whatsoever. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do it.

After visiting the office I was very pleased with high rating. New set of glasses and mono vision contact lenses where perfect after two weeks after initial visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
