Excellent kind Doctor. Has been treating my mother for years and she is so happy with him.

Called in to verify hours and make appointment. Never got a call back but message said open until 5. I get there at 4 and the doctor has left for the day. Will have to find another doctor.

The staff doesn’t return calls when you leave a message. I called on a Thursday to find out about the time for my dad’s surgery. I never got a call back. I called on Monday’s and was finally able to reach a live person. You would think it would be important to call a patient to let them know what time they need to be at their own surgery. I hope they do better on his next surgery for the other eye. I will write another review then to see if they do better letting us know the surgery time.

front desk person were rude and intimidating. waiting time was 3 hours. the first lady had an attitude. felt very rushed with her. however the doc was nice and professional but because of the first lady, mood was already ruined. would not recommend.

Worth every penny! Not only are my new glasses super chic but they have given me a new set of eyes. I have a lot going on in my Rx and Framed Ewe checked every box and rechecked every detail. The team is so great and knowledgeable and FUN! I love them and my new glasses and can’t recommend highly enough

Dr. Caceres and everyone in the office are friendly and knowledgeable. He's very thorough and makes sure to explain your condition (or hopefully lack thereof) clearly and without overusing medical jargon. The appointments are generally on time. Overall, they all ensure that your medical appointments go as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.

So patient and thorough - he discovered an issue with my left eye other doctors had missed. He may have saved my eye site.

This is our first appointment for eye exams with Dr. Nguyen, and she is amazing! Appreciate her patience with the kiddos and making them feel comfortable throughout the exams.

They called Sat. to confirm that I would be here for my 9:45 appointment. I arrived early to find everyone outside and the office still locked. Some peoples appointments were earlier than mine. The man didn't show up to open the door until 9:45am! No apology or explanation. The fedex guy was even trying to deliver their pkgs, but nobody was there. Ridiculous!

Anjani has been helping me with my optical needs for a number of years now. I love having her assist me as she is very personable, friendly, yet professional. She is definitely a great asset to Kaiser Optical Dept.
