Went to get a new eye glasses and vision rechecked. The process was quick and easy. Got my eye glasses like 10 days later and I absolutely love them. Thank you Dr Anne Savko and her staff for making this a breeze.

Dr Kubo is THE BEST optometrist I’ve had!!! 100% at the top of his field. He is professional, thorough and personable and completely transparent with pricing. No high pressure sales or unexpected charges. I have been a patient here for years. The office manager Deborah is a star! She’s kind, upbeat and knowledgeable and happy to advise you on your best options. I love this place and continue to leave impressed. Thank you Dr Kubo 🫶🏼

Dr Kubo is a fantastic family optometrist. He has kept each member of our family in perfect vision over 15 years. Very informed, a wonderful staff with the highest knowledge and skill. The new office on TO Blvd across from Tarantula Brewing is very nice. The best of Thousand Oaks!

1000% recommend and coming back. The staff is amazing, made the entire experience extremely comfortable as if it were me walking into my own home. They’re very up to date with their technology it’s insane. I was honestly so amazed and impressed with everything. Doc took care of me as well and made sure I was aware of my option. Thank you guys!!

Came here with my 11 year old as our Eye Doctor was no longer taking our insurance for frames. We asked questions about contacts and were told about OrthoK or CRT. Debated for a while, then decided to do it. After 7 nights of wearing the lenses, my son's vision improved to better than 20/20. He didn't have to wear glasses anymore after only 3 nights of wearing. He is so so happy. Stephanie and Leslie were very patient with multiple lens training sessions and Kim is always so nice to greet him when he comes in. Dr. Snyder went over everything in great detail with my son and took the time to educate him and answer all of his questions. An amazing experience and we are so happy our other Eye Doctor didn't take our insurance anymore!

Oakbrook Optometry is excellent. I appreciate the customer service- Kim checked on my insurance coverage twice, Victoria took me through the Glaucoma and Field of Vision testing with humor and efficiency, and Dr. Snyder is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and kind. The office is light and spacious, but still feels personal.

Where to start. Love the doctor hate the practice. Dr Gannam is excellent. Unfortunately the office is a hot mess. Starting with the phone system and through the record keeping. I do not want to leave a great practitioner but I have to because I cant keep driving there for answers. Please owners. Address your issues. Best

Had cataract surgery with Steven Corwin. Great surgeon, but don't believe ppl when they say "oh cataract, it's nothing." I was red eyed for a whole month due to the pressure of the laser, and Dr Corwin never said anything about it. Also - I cannot stand their call center, located offshore. So if you call and get annoyed - insist on being transferred to the "real office."

Poor customer service and communication. Had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment. Said glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. Called on day 10 and was told they would be in the next day, a Friday and they would call. Guess what? No call. I called the following Monday. This time was told they were in but the ophthalmologist wanted to check them and they would call me. Again, no call. Tuesday, no call. I checked the website and says open 8-5. Stopped by at 12:30 and they are closed for lunch from 12-1. Came back at 12:10. New surprise, the ophthalmology area takes lunch from 12-1:30 and no-one could give me my glasses. They don't care about their customers. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

The diagnostic staff and Docctors are all great. But the office is awful. It takes the receptionist 10 t0 15 minutes just to answer the phone.. the phone system is really used as a crutch there. I had a very efficient exam and tests for cataract surgery three weeks ago and never got informed my surgery was scheduled??? I have been playing phone tag with the surgery scheduler for two weeks now and have NOT gotten an answer yet. They really need a good office manager there to straighten out office procedures. Great medical... poor office practices.
