My first time at Visionworks... although they ran very late on my appointment time, the staff were VERY kind and apologetic. Joe took that time to help me pick out new frames and was very attentive. My glasses came in SUPER quick, but unfortunately they were incorrectly ordered. The staff quickly realized the issue and reordered my glasses for me. They apologized and overall were amazing! Joe is very kind and patient - and exceptional customer service! All the staff, Dr included were amazing! I highly recommend this location!

Becky was awesome, took extra time to help with having problems re adjusting to the new glasses. She took the time to look up my old prescriptions and to see what could be wrong.

The African American receptionist in Scott's Hill was so rude to me and my husband, that of he did not need the eye appointment so bad we would have canceled his upcoming surgery. They were trying to collect more than we owed and when we tried to explain we were treated like stupid trash. We however will be having his second surgery somewhere else. What happened to decent customer service?

I don't recommend this clinic for the following four reasons: First, the clinic is short of new and fine medical devices and equipment. Second, the service attitude of staff there is inhospitable. Third, the service quality is not very good. Last but the most important, they refuse to improve because they delete or hide any real comments on their service.

This eye center is top notch with top notch staff! I had two cataract removal surgeries by Dr. Tweeten performed at this center and the service was phenomenal! I also use the physicians there for my routine eye care. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent store! They have a wide selection of frames available and after my exam I was able to pick out the perfect pair. The manager, Snez, and her staff were extremely helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this location.

Dr. Liu has been my optometrist for 2 years, he's very nice, and straightforward. He won't try to upsell you on anything you won't need, and hooks it up with the contact lens and solution samples. highly recommended.

Very poor customer service. Waited 50 min just to pick up my glasses. Gave them my cell phone to call when glasses is ready. Never call me, but left message at home number that I no longer have. Next time I'll take my business somewhere else

Dr Hair and Shepherd have been great. They are very thorough and have all kinds of high tech gadgets to really tell you anything you would want to know about your eye. Dr Hair was so detailed in reading all of the results and really had an answer to help and make you feel better about yourself even when it is stemming from age!! She was so kind. I feel like I really got an in-depth look at my vision! Thanks to all the gals at Achord Eye clinic!! See ya next year (Another year older!!)
