Very positive experience - The optometrist was skilled, and he got my prescription just right, and found some issues with my eyes. Two pairs of prescription glasses for $99 is ridiculously cheap. I am on a budget, and this was perfect. The frames were made in China, but they look great. I got the low-end plastic lenses, but they were not too thick (considering that I am 20/600). No-line progressive bifocals were included at no charge. I have had terrible progressives before, but these were perfect - I can use my laptop, smart phone, and drive, no problem. If you want to upgrade, you can go with designer frames, Crizals, auto-tint, etc, but there is nothing wrong with the basic package. The staff was nice, and although the size measurement was not really scientific, they got it right, and the frames fit. I would recommend them to anyone.

OMG from the first visit, to my surgery, the care they gave me was top notch. Every time I go into the office I feel like I am their most important patient that they ever had. Dr. Hymas is so upbeat and personable, I love him. Everyone that I have been in contact with is just so sweet. I would recommend anyone that needs an opthalmologist this would be the place to go.

My entire family have been going to Dr Hymas for years. He is a total professional and a very nice man. He did eye surgery on my 100 year old grandmother and gave her the gift of sight. The first time Insaw her she asked me, "When did I get so gray". I highly recommend this Dr

Dr. Hymas did amazing surgery on both of my eyes to replace the lenses (cataracts) as well as to laser resurface to fix the astigmatisms I always had. I'm 64 and I see better now than I did in my 20s! Dr. Hymas is very thorough and explains everything so there will not be any surprises. I had no pain or any discomfort from either surgery (6 wks apart) and both of my eyes healed perfectly (follow the instructions with the eye drops for the full 4 weeks) and make sure that your insurance doesn't rip you off on the very important ILEVRO NSAID eye drops. Blue Cross / Blue Shield doesn't cover the 3.0ml size and they have a co-payment of $265.00 for the 0.8ml size (which is not enough). The free GoodRx app found a pharmacy (there are many) who sold the 3.0ml size for $275.00 at their usual discount, thanks for nothing Blue Cross / Blue Shield for charging me $1200.00/month plus huge deductibles and then not even covering these important eye drops.

Overpriced! Not worth it! The prices are NOT cheap. I'm paying extra each month for Vision Essentials, but I can get the same price for same glasses at Costco and Target - without the monthly premium.

They are very expensive and not particularly customer friendly IMO. My glasses are of good quality but I ordered two pairs and they were ready days apart. Having waited almost a week extra for the second pair of glasses, they texted me … More

They don't perform all the tests one time. Purposely make you comeback to keep collecting money. Expensive and not worth it. Check-out other places nearby which can less expensive even if you have to pay cash than using the insurance here!

I had a few issues with my appointment and contact lens ordering experience. I thought that the equipment was smudgy and the staff did not totally listen to my preferences and concerns, but I got the prescription I needed. A few months later, I had a problem with ordering my contacts. The staff did not respond to me on the portal, but Martha from the Oxnard location called me after I left a bad review. Martha was very nice, receptive, and helpful to me, which made my overall experience with Khanna Vision much better. Overall, I feel that my issues were resolved but I think I will look for another optometrist next time. I would only recommend choosing Khanna Vision if it is the closest, most economical, and most schedule-friendly option for you. If it is your first time getting glasses or contacts, you should go somewhere else. If you choose Khanna Vision and you find yourself dissatisfied with your experience, they will reach out and make it right, but you might have to make a Google review to get their attention.

I had the PIE surgery 3 years ago and my vision still 20/20 or better, this has made a big difference in the quality of my life and my profession, I’d brought my niece in as well and she had laser surgery, she has healthy vision now, and happier, this is one of the best decisions in my life finding Dr Khanna and his team, thank you and eternity!

Dr. Khanna and his entire staff is extremely professional, kind, and prompt in scheduling his clients.. He did my artificial lenses in both eyes and I am extremely happy and it's wonderful to be able to not have to wear contacts or glasses. Whenever I have a question or need to go in his office and see him, he makes it a point to be available.I highly recommend him . He is very skilled, intelligent , compassionate, and listens to the needs of clients and is conservative in required treatment 🌺
