They told they told my husband his glasses would be ready in a week. Took them an entire month to let him know that they were almost done. They are not right, everything is doubled. He will NEVER go back to them and will NEVER recommend them. As far as we are concerned, Shopko Optical is a very low quality service and a waste of a very large amount of money. they don't even deserve the 1 star.

Was very disappointed that after twenty some years I was not able to continue with Dr. Whorley as my doctor. Dr. Bui was very nice and seemed very thorough.

Literally could not be more pleased. Dr. Paquin is over the moon nice and sociable, and he even took extra care to examine my retinas because of my anemia. He's very knowledgeable and upbeat. Brittany was lovely as well, and gave me good advice on my lenses and frames. The entire office was packed, but everyone was relaxed and casual. People were trying on glasses and asking for opinions from strangers, it was fun and quirky. And despite people talking and walking around, the staff handled everything effortlessly. I barely had to wait despite how crowded it was. I was nervous leaving my old eye clinic but I honestly could not be more pleased with what I found!

I really enjoy going to Dr. McPherson's office. Everyone there is very pleasant and professional. Dr. McPherson is the best and is very thorough. She really listens to your concerns.

I've been coming here for over a year and I absolutely love it here. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Tehlla Steiner is a love, great manners, demeanor and knows her stuff, treats the kids and parents with love and respect. A true gentle caring soul. I'm not sure why the low ratings but I can assure you this is the place to take your kids for their eye care. This is coming from a retired military medical professional and I can tell you they are top notch!

We had an amazing experience! They happily rushed our glasses, stayed late, and made the glasses fit perfect. Highly recommend All Eye Care! They are amazing and patient. They were kind to us and found a pair of frames in our price range.

I have been going to Piedmont Eye Care for several years now. What I love most is the exceptional customer service I receive there when picking out my frames and ordering my glasses. Kris Jusino has been helping me each year and whenever I need my glasses adjusted. She knows what looks good on me, and is such a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the brands, styles, and trends. She is so personable and makes me feel confident in my selections. Always feels good to build a relationship with people at a place where you go year after year!
