Had a wonderful first time experience getting a prescription renewal here! Very friendly staff and nicely tucked away from the crazy fury of Costco customers :)

I worked with Nick. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help! If you’re looking for inexpensive glasses. This is not your place. But, if you want great advice, service and selection. I recommend calling and working with Nick for your glasses!

Dr. Kevin Geiger was excellent and thorough and very nice. However, front desk staff was extremely rude and responded to questions with noticeable attitude. I was not given a receipt for my acuve order and I had to request one and wait an extra 15 minutes for her to print it out. I hardly (if ever) leave bad reviews, but this was an exceptionally terrible experience and people should know about it. If you’re thinking about coming here, be mentally prepared for a bad attitude and slow front desk service.

I had my first eye consultation thinking that Dr is going to be there since I am a glaucoma suspect. When I asked to talk to a doctor a consultant make me feel that she is just rushing into surgery asking when I wanna get the surgery done and so on . When I asked if I can have my records she said the consultation is free and since I didn’t pay I can’t get my records… When I mentioned that I already had consultation in a different place with certain doctor who is in the list of “100 best doctors in America “ she kind of smirked which make me feel very awkward .

Paid hundreds in a deposit and it took 2 hours. Waited 3 hours for the fitting, i was told they misplaced my record. Tried the glasses on and the prescription was wrong. Told them I wanted a refund and they said no. But they would be willing to try again. Told them I'd rather they keep it (which they did) and now I have to pay $700 to get glasses without insurance paying any. Simply, I was so mad id rather lose the money than deal with them further.

was referred to this place from my eye doctor as well Been there twice recently with issues in my left eye. The doctor didn't seem too concerned about the symptoms and concerns I had and it was not very nice at all when I was trying to explain my problem like he didn't want to hear it. He barely examined my eye and said he found nothing wrong All he did was prescribe me some eye drops for dry eye Some people are just all about the money these days and treat you like a number instead of a human being. I will not be paying my bill nor will I be returning this place. I'll have to go to a doctor who actually seems concerned and want to help.

Our family loves Dr. Yelena P, very nice and professional. She listens and is honest and understanding. I had an eye inflammation caused by the glue from lashes done for a special occasion and she wasn’t judgmental, she prescribed drops to help the issue. The staff are helpful and friendly and are not too pushy. Never had a long wait time for appointments.
