I needed to get an eye exam because it'd been too long. I have a little social anxiety, but everyone was really friendly and helpful. I think they do their best to make sure people are comfortable and things are explained well to them. I recommend coming here. Thank you to everyone who looked after me on my appointment! Ya'll are great!

I stopped by the LensCrafters at Vintage Faire Mall for help with my Tom Ford sunglasses, even though I hadn’t purchased them there. Hamish adjusted both temples to make sure they fit comfortably, fixed the lens, and even cleaned them so they felt brand new. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer care these days. Thank you, Hamish, for going above and beyond, I’ll definitely be returning here in the future and recommending this location to others!

My visit went extremely well. The front desk was friendly and efficient, and especially the Doctor was great. She took time to educate me about my retinal images and suggest helpful tips for keeping my eyesight healthy. It's been a while since my RX was updated and I felt in good hands with her (Dr. Christine Yang).

I truly wanted to support this Black-owned business, but the experience reminded me of what Wallo said—some of us still don’t understand that service is what sustains support. The customer service here is horrendous. The manager with the dreadlocks isn’t honest about order timelines, he tells you whatever will get your deposit the fastest. My glasses didn’t arrive when promised twice, and by then he already had my money. Also no one called me. Then when I finally received my frames, one of the lenses was protruding out and my husband had to take apart my frames to fix it like it should’ve been done. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. I won’t be coming back

I found this place through my insurance company and so glad I did. I was able to make an appointment easy and the eye doctor was super knowledgeable and informed me of what she was doing while i was there. It is like being helped by family. Great place!!! Thank you!

Dr Olsen and his staff were amazing. I needed someone to see my four year old and he didn’t hesitate to help. Very professional and fun and helped the kids feel comfortable. We were in an out with minimal waiting. We are grateful we found this place. Oh…. And lots of glasses options on site which my last place did not have.

Dr. Spencer performed cataract surgery on my 94 year old Mother. I was really impressed with Dr. Spencer, he is a really sharp guy! His staff was very nice and helpful. If I had to have any eye surgery performed I would have no hesitation in having Dr. Spencer do the work! Highly Recommend!

I see Dr.Karen Shelton.shes caring and so intelligent in glaucoma..Every body in the waiting room including me we all see her and everyone talks about her talent when she needs to do any eye surgery …

Very neat clinic . The doctor is very polite, knowledgeable, patient,, friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the assistants are very friendly and helpful. In all I like this Eye Center and I have been attending this Eye Center for treatment for over ten years
