Great staff? All very nice and thorough

In and out to gt my prescription glasses... unfortunately the company decided to close their location on 1st Street, closest to the Tower District. I had to drive all the way to Clovis, butvthe upside is that it is a much better building and I did not see the receptionist who refused to give me an appointment even though I was standing in front of her; she stated I had to call and make an appointment. I don't know if I will recommend this place as it is not really convenient for me but the good thing is that I only have to go once a year.

I have been coming to Otay Ranch Eyeworks for the past three years, and each time I have experienced great customer service. My recent visit was no exception. I had an appointment and was seen right on time. I forgot the name of first lady who helped me, but she performed some tests on my eyes, and was very friendly. Then Dr. Andrea Meagher saw me gave me a readout from the tests performed, as well as did an eye exam on me. She was very informative and answered all the questions I had, and made me feel confirtable throughout the exam. Lastly, Stephanie at the front desk was very helpful in finding the frames I wanted, as well as get the options I wanted. All in all, a very pleasant experience as always. I highly recommend Otay Ranch Eyeworks for your eye exam, as well as for picking out the frames (or contacts) you need!

We were looking for a new optometrist and decided to go with Linden due to the reviews. I'm glad we did. We are so extremely happy with the care and service we received. Dr. Wong was amazing. Very patient and explained all in detail. Stewart was definitely the best part of our experience. He also gave us thee best service. Very attentive and informative. Took his time to explain our insurance costs and very patient in waiting for us to pick out our frames. We have found our eye Dr. And will definitely recommend them to family members.

Bad service, a call was made to cancel the appointment due to a mishap. They don't let me explain and he yelled at me telling me that if I have an appointment why I’m not here in a bad way while I was trying to explain and when I explained he hung up on me rudely. Is that the great service you offer? If that's a shame, the truth leaves a lot to be desired.
