If no stars were an option I’d definitely pick that. Inconceivable incompetence. Paid a bill months ago. They continued sending invoices anyway. They had zero interest in helping me fix their mistake. Would not return voicemails. Would not return calls or emails from their third party billing company. They appeared to enjoy making me feel like I was responsible for their incompetence. Not sure what has happened to this place. But dysfunctional would be an understatement. Absolutely avoid at all costs!

Listen to the reviews. My father was sent here from Atlantic health hospital. I asked many questions to avoid any issues and regarding these reviews.. I made sure the doctor wasn’t dr chu whom is named multiple times in these reviews. Anyways, my father drives 30 minutes just to be told some bs about his insurance and how he has to apply there. Don’t waste our time and not mention these types of things.

Excellent service! The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The eye doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. He took his time to answer any questions I had. My experience there was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it!

Appointment was cancelled twice without notification. Highly unprofessional administration staff and I will not be returning.

My interaction with the eye doctor was great. She was very informative and spent a lot of time with me. I have one suggestion. Order new pairs of frames for customers instead of selling them off the rack. I felt the number of frame selection in my size was very small and there were many empty spaces.

Clinic is outdated. Everything is still on paper charts. They have you initial the same paper that you’ve been for 20 years. They never update. This is the second year that they messed up on my glasses prescription and the lady down there is absolutely mean when I call or go down there.

Dr. Hudson is great with my seven year old. She has suffered from eczema her whole life and I’m excited with the treatment plan we have her on now to make some real progress. Wish I had come sooner!

Love this place. Have been taking my kids here for many, many, many years. Love the service and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Beware of pricing! They pick and choose who pays what, my friend paid $55 for contact exam while they tried to charge me $95. Liars. Horrible customer service.
