Dr. Meng is beyond great! She helped us during the most difficult time in our life. We had to deal with taking contacts in and out of the eyes of a three month old. She let us go in monthly and she would do it for us. She is truly and angel and thanks to her and Dr. Fredrick our sons vision is great.

Dr. Meng is a great optometrist. She is very competent, knowledgeable about the latest advances in her field, and has a very pleasant manner about her. I have seen her for several years now and have recommended her highly to friends. I am very pleased with her care.

They don’t take VSP, didn’t tell us on the phone while scheduling an appointment.. Took time out of our schedule to come here but were told at the reception they would not accept us with VSP. Other Costco doctors do, but apparently just not this one. Some informative courtesy to what’s probably the most common question would have been nice. Total waste of time.

First experience with an eye doctor and it was excellent. Came in and they had everything ready and started going over my insurance with me right away which I really appreciated. After the exam was complete they helped me pick out my frames. The very next day I got a call that my glasses were already ready. I went from having difficulty seeing distant objects to having my prescription glasses in under 24 hours.
