Dr Debry is the best! He’s done 3 different surgical procedures on me over the past 10-12 years (I have glaucoma). He and his staff are phenomenal; always kind, professional, and give adequate time to examine, answer any concerns you may have. I give them 10 stars!!

The staff are quite friendly and professional. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the front receptionist who showed me off to the waiting room for my appointment at 12:30pm. The sales was also very quick to work with me and guide me along to the perfect pair of glasses for me. My pair of glasses was received and I was notified perfectly on the two week timing for my glasses to be done. Quick! Easy and I can see again!!

When you make the appointment, they ask for your information and when you think that everything is ready to attend the appointment, they call you and ask for more information than they could have asked you at the time of making the appointment. It is annoying because we are not in 1950 when everything was on paper. Now we have a lot of technology that instantly tells you the requirements that the patient needs.

I went for my eye check up, cataract surgery and one follow up at this location. The staff, was exceptionally polite, and professional, but as I always say, if you treat others with respect oftentimes you'll get respect in return. So, when one needs a service, be polite to those you're looking to for it. Dr. Wade was extremely professional in his approach and my surgery was quick, and dare I say it? Painless! Will I get the other eye done at this location? Most definitely, without a doubt!

I have been a customer at this eye care center for 4 years and never had any issues until I needed to use the warranty for my designer frames and lenses. It has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I requested a new pair using the warranty 4 months ago, and since then, every time I call, they give me a different excuse for the delay. The lack of communication and consistency is deeply disappointing. I expected better customer service and a timely resolution for a warranty claim. This experience has left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a loyal customer. In addition, I came here in the first place because I was often experiencing strong headaches and my primary doctor told me that I needed reading glasses. Now my headaches are back and apparently they do not care.

Highly recommend! Dr. Taranto is friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your needs and concerns. His passion for optometry and client care has really come through in all of my appointments! At the front desk, Vic is incredibly helpful and personable. From start to finish, Dr. Taranto's office offers the care of a small private practice combined with the most up-to-date technology you might find at a bigger optometry clinic.

Selection is simple and to the point. Keh met me when I came in and offered a little input then waited patiently while I was in my head. Two pair were selected and he got me all set up. Spent for a pair of sunglasses and indoor glasses what I would have spent on one pair at an optometrist's office. To be honest, I'd go here always because of Keh himself. He's gentle, kind, wise, talented in his craft, and friendly. I felt as though I'd had a visit to days of old, days that I've missed - slow, focused and intentional interaction, old world craftsmanship and expertise. You know, the good stuff! Visit Keh, meet a need, and save a few (or many) bucks in the process.

Textbook 5 star experience. The storefront itself is the most beautiful I’ve seen for an eyeglass/optician center. I was greeted warmly and left to browse, while the gentleman swiftly and discreetly took care of my purchase info. I found a gorgeous pair of glasses that really exceeded my expectations in aesthetic and function—for a very fair price!

I should give them zero if I could. In two days I didn't hear from them for anything if I didn't call them. The front desk does not seem to care about anything, not care about patient, hot care about professional ethics, even not care about …

Dr.Turtle has always done an excellent job helping me with my very thick lenses. The other professionals in the office are top quality and helped me through vision issues post surgery. They even did a better job with my prescription than my cateract doctor.

Had my first real eye exam here. The doc was very thorough and informative. He gave me lots of options for correcting my vision which I appreciate.
