I have been trying to call to reschedule an appointment. There is no way that I can do this. They just do not pick up calls. Terrible at answering back when I left a message. A frustrating experience

Terrible. Called 30 times in the span of two months trying to make an appointment and was only able to get through once. Told me to make a new account and call back and they never picked up again. Waste of time.

This one of the best eye care facilities in Sunnyvale. My wife had been here couple of times. The doctors are really nice and were able to help my wife recover from an eye injury. They have the best reception desk staff, especially regina. She makes sure that appointments are scheduled as per the patient emergency instead of first come first basis. If you are lucky to reach Regina, you can get the quickest appointments.

My first bad review. I went to this vision clinic in 2022, after seeing the high ratings on google maps. I usually have 2 prescriptions, one for computer, one for distance. The one for computer has been the same for years so I asked them to keep it and they agreed. However, in the prescription issued they flipped the measurement for my left and right eye, and for both computer and distance glasses. I think this is the most basic thing that they should have done right. For this reason my experience was unpleasant and I don’t recommend this place.

They force you pay co-pay for retinal scan. I don’t want to take retinal scan as its not covered in my insurance.

I had a great experience here! Dr. Leung and her assistant were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They also were very kind and accommodating in taking extra steps to allow me to try on frames while adhering to COVID-19 protocol / mask mandates. I really enjoyed my experience here and have never been more excited for a new pair of glasses!

Ordered my glasses from here it took two months to get my glasses back with my prescription. When I finally get my glasses back they have no case. This would of been fine but ZERO customer service. She act like she didn’t even recognize me as a customer. They could learn a few things about customer service. I will not recommend coming here for glasses . I won’t be going here anymore.

After confirming with them they accepted my insurance I only found out at the door 5 minutes before my appointment they actually didn't. Then after doing the appointment I realized they didn't even give me my eyeglass prescription I had to call them later and have them email it to me. Very nice and friendly staff and doctor but they need to get better at paperwork.

The best prescription I have ever had, the lenses are amazing, and I love Oakley frames which are both sporty and professional looking. Dr Hoang is extremely professional, very methodical, and cares about her patients beyond just selling glasses. Great optometrist.Highly reccomend

Made an appointment and went in for an eye exam using my new eyemed insurance. It was my first time here and as soon as i walked in i was greeted warmly. They gave me a pre exam right away. The eye exam went great. I brought my own oakley frames to have lenses put in with the new prescription. I was told they would be ready in about 2-3 weeks. 7 days later i was texted that my new glasses were ready. The whole process was perfect. I am really happy. I will return in the future to get bifocals. Thank you Joy Optometry

If I had a choice to give zero stars, I would have. It’s the most lethargic and a very bad customer service optometry in the Bay Area. My wife had ordered a pair of powered sunglasses a month back and they had promised its delivery in 2 weeks, it’s been almost 5 weeks and they don’t even know when is it coming back. All they say each week is the inspection fail of sunglasses. They open 3 days a week to contact and are completely offline for the rest, this definitely adds up to the frustration and poor customer service . I definitely don’t recommend anyone to this center. just stay away or be prepared to wait for months to get your orders.
