Dr. Kim is so nice and very professional. I came in for my eye exam, since my new glasses (prescribed at another place) is not that comfortable. I had many different exams with Dr. Kim (more rigorous check-ups than any other places). And, I got perfect prescription of my new glasses today. Overall, a great place to for eye check ups and purchasing new glasses. Highly recommended. Efficient professional service. Very friendly

Really awesome staff, always answering questions very patiently and very understanding with explaining insurance costs. Most optometries in the Bay area don't tell you upfront what the costs of different things are, here they are very transparent and I respect that a lot. Even the optometrist Dr Banh is really good and is able to get a very accurate precision and explains clearly. Will keep going here in the future and I would recommend this place to everyone.

This is probably the best vision place Ive been to. I had an appointment and I was taken in right away. Dr Julie does the exams fast and listen to my questions and concerns. I was in and out of there in under 20 min. All the staffs there are very professional and friendly. Booking appointments over the phone is super easy as well. The office is small but not crowded. My only wish is that I wish there's a way to book appointments online or via email.

We received outstanding service from everyone in this office today. Dr Banh is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind, and answered all the questions. Also this office has a solid variety of frames, so we easily found the ones we liked!

Update: Jessica from Dr. Gold's office called me and mentioned that this is not how it should have happened. They are doing everything they can and are already in talk with Tom Ford for replacement. I really appreciate the effort and time they took to fix this issue. Original: I have been their customer since 2019. Until today, I have always had helpful service. Today, I went to claim warranty on a 6 month old pair of Tom Ford sunglasses where the trim had come off. When I purchased these glasses, I was told that there is a 1 year warranty against all manufacturing defects. When I mentioned that the chrome trim had come off the temples, the associate said that the warranty is only on the hinges. There is no warranty on the trim pieces. This is not what they mentioned over the last five years I have done business with them.

This place has always exceeded my expectations. Super clean, front desk people are amazing, smiling and very courteous. The assistant who helped me choose the frame was patient and helpful. She explained my full insurance benefits and coverage and asked about my preference in a super friendly conversation. We have been with this center for three years now and always recommend it to everyone. Thank you for your service!

I’ve been their customer for the past five years. Unfortunately, I’ll have to drop them. Their front desk representative and doctors are fine, but the issues are: [1] the associate (not sure of their title) who will help the doctor key in the data and suppose to explain the insurance and cost/fee for you. The associate that I worked with in 2022 did the 🙄 face all the time, and the tone he spoke was disrespectful in person or on the telephone. This morning I had another phone call with him. Again he not only did not change his working attitude but also spoke in an even worse disrespectful tone. ---- this is the final straw that made me leave them forever. [2] the lady who will call you to confirm the appointment date. She will selectively fill into doctors' schedules based on her mood. If she's happy that day, you'll get an appointment asap. If she had a bad day, the next appointment that she booked for you would be 2.5 months later, and you'll have to ask her to check the schedule very nicely and comfort her, and suddenly there will be available slots popups. 🤷🏻‍♀️ [3] they never call my preferred name. I know it's personal, but by not calling my preferred name, there may be a chance that they have not carefully read all the data/forms I submitted. [4] very few Asian-fit frame selections. Most frames are out of fashion and not cute (ugly). -------- I hope this review is helpful!

They wasted my time today. I booked my appointment a month ago, and got verbal confirmation. Then waited a month. Today was the appointment date, so I visited this shop just to hear that there is no record under my name. So I thought maybe I made a mistake. But when I asked them to scheduled an appointment again, they already knew all my personal information.. which means when I asked them to make an appointment last time, they opened my account and then forgot to put an appointment date, I guess?? So I waited for a month..for nothing. And when I asked them to reschedule, they told me I need to wait another two months.. Yes, there can be a mistake. But at least you should have explained something reasonable. Not just saying 'I don't see anything'.

Dr Lee was incredibly thorough during my exam and answered all my questions. The assistants and front desk staff were kind, and once I arrived, I was taken back immediately and never had to wait.

We've been giving here for a long time but recently started bringing our kids. They do good testing and are willing to take the time to explain the good and bad results. I recommend doing the retina scan often. It's not standard but it's only a few dollars extra and one scan managed to catch a vascular issue I was having early. I was grateful for that.

I had the best experience here. Went to three different optometrists to fix my frames only to get turned around because their "tools broke". I didn't even get to finish my sentence before Site for Sore Eyes fixed them for me. I'm coming here to upgrade when I need to, and will recommend this place to all my friends! :)
