Samantha at the Montgomery location in Fort Worth was off the chain! Amazing service! I brought my Prive Revaux sunglasses in that were broken. She replaced the missing screws, adjusted them, and cleaned them with great expertise! Even asked me about my Dallas Cowboys and made my day! Highly recommend! Great service!

I have a been a patient of Dr. Brooks for 15 years. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. Dr. Brooks is just an honest, great practitioner. I have not seen Dr Christiansen-Baron, but I know if she was welcomed into this practice she must be just as awesome. Centrally located in Brookfield for easy access! They have updated their selection of eyeglasses too.

Great eye exam! Awful customer service from front desk and mgr. Unless you have Medicaid or Centennial ins, they have zero idea about how it works! They told me I was covered, I told them to double check bc I wasn’t sure and I’d have to cancel if not. They said I was good to go and I paid my deductible. Next day get a call saying my insurance won’t pay and that I owe more than what was originally quoted!!! They took absolutely no responsibility in the whole thing. I think they just want $$. So great Doc, hopefully he goes somewhere else.

Dr. Sun was very knowledgable and patiently explained every detail throughout the eye examine process. Confirming or rescheduling an appointment via text messaging was also very convenient and simple to do, making the entire annual eye examination visit a very pleasant one.

I feel very confident in the staff and how they handle my eye care and contact orders. The doctor was very helpful in calming my nerves about my vision questions. I always feel at home with the staff and recommend this practice to everyone I know.

I have had a very good experience with Dr Dinowitz. It's only natural to be concerned facing surgery but after all was said and done I look forward to having my other eye repaired. It was a very simple procedure. My vision is crystal clear in my right eye now. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I was very impressed with this Stuart office. I was early for my appointment and the staff was able to get me in early. The entire staff was warm, friendly and very professional. Jennifer was pleasant and made me feel very comfortable and well cared for and it was easy to see that she liked her job and cared about her patients. The office and examination rooms were very clean and organized and I would highly recommend Fier Eye Care Center to anyone who appreciates good, old school healthcare services.

Dr.Nguyen was awesome. Very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy I also want to compliment the team here , Steph, Trace, and Eva. All were very personable, professional and attentive. Great customer service by all and let me know all my options. They all make this store and getting glasses here a great experience .

Great & patient with my 5 yr old. Great at explaining the eye condition & treatment plans. My daughter also wanted to go and have been very happy with the services. Going to start going for my eye needs too! Can't recommend them enough! They're the best!

Best Experience!!! They saved me from having the nastiest stye "A red, painful lump near the edge of the eyelid that may look like a boil or pimple." Under my eye suddenly became extremely sore. Within hours just moving my face caused my eye to hurt. I called and they immediately got me in for a low light therapy treatment. I felt immediate relief!! This completely fixed my eye and I never had to deal with the terrible looking stye. It was actually never noticeable because they caught it so soon. This felt like miracle work! Don't hesitate to call Village Eyecare!

We have faught for so long to get my daughter some relief and answers! We were going to an eye doctor in Greensboro and they always just recommended surgery or something that wasn't necessary... I took it up on myself to call Duke and schedule her appointment. Best decision I have ever made. Since then, she can finally see better than she ever has and has 2 diagnosis that actually make sense. We were recently referred to a pediatric neurologist in Duke and after leaving message after message with no call back, I called Duke and got a new referral sent to Brenner's.. after waiting 4 hours (talking to several different people with no luck) I called and Mallory helped make it happen and was so sweet! I love Duke and the help with getting us answers to problems my daughter has dealt with for 9 years
