The wait , even if you have an appointment, you are always waiting over an hour , but if you show up late , then your appointment is cancled and you are charged, there needs to be some kind of fix for this ... but nothing has been done, and really I don’t think anyone cares..., a lot of female attitudes in this office .. you will see what I’m referring too..

Dr Tittler did an amazing job on my eye surgery!! Seriously, he took years off of my face...and I could not be happier! I had upper and lower eye lid surgery, and would gladly recommend him and his staff! Before and after....

wandering Walmart, came across Crystal the Manager at The Vision Center, asked a couple questions about my insurance and they accept it! She was EXCELLENT in explaining and telling me come in when im ready...FF i came in & Crystal wasnt there but Mary was..she insisted with the completion and THEY WERE BOTH PERFECT! Will continue with them at the vision Center!

Fast and efficient. Friendly and great service. Had my sons glasses repaired twice, in minutes, and for free! No appt needed. Open late. I love this place.

The staff here is super friendly and nice. I’m new to needing glasses and they were able to explain everything to me and get me the proper prescription. The young ladies name was Crystal who helped me and she was nice.

I had an excellent experience here with the Doctor and all the staff. They were very friendly, answered all my questions and even selected some great pairs of frames that fit my face. I would say, they do a better job of picking out frames to fit my face than I do myself.

I Loved Dr. Klopping and his Staff. He took his time to examine you, and listened to what You had to say. They All were very professional, helpful and nice. I highly recommend this Doctor's office.

Highly recommend. My daughter has had glasses for over 5 years and she has never had such a thorough exam done. Doctor used four different machines that she had never had done ever and even checked her old glasses. Even explained her vision needs. Glass came in a timely manner, and delivery was excellent. Doctor didn't just hand her the glasses but he had her try them on adjusted them so they rest on her face properly and even had her read letters again to make sure the prescription was perfect. Will definitely be back.
