Let's start with the positive. Extremely well experienced with several certifications. Unfortunately, the office is very dirty. Broken furniture, dirty glasses ( my guess not used for a while) and old papers hoarded in corners. I'm sure he is very nice person but he needs help. After 2 minutes, I couldn't deal with it.

The surgery was successful! The office staff went over and above working with my insurance company

Glasses were a bit pricey, HOWEVER, Bonny made the process so easy and explained my prescription to me in depth. Her level of knowledge and friendliness made the price worth every penny! I highly recommend seeing Bonny at JCP Optical.

Had to take glasses back because they put the wrong prescription in my frames asked and paid for transitional sunglasses they barely get two shades darker and was told it’s my fault by ordering that way I asked for dark When it comes to spending money I am always sure I know what I’m spending it on if that’s the only place you can afford to get glasses with your credit card you will get with you paid for “credit” will not go back they are nothing like sears optical

Worst place ever ,my first pair of glasses i got were from stanton optical ive been using this glasses for 3yrs and a half but it was time for me to get some new ones so i went to jcpenney when i receive my glasses they didn'tn fit they were to tight so i went over and they said that they were so tight because they were new but they were going to fix it well they didn't the glasses kept on being tight because they were not able to open widely so they ended breaking the glass came off the frame,,, at the end i just had to go back and forth trying to get my glasses fix which they didn't, i never had any problems with the pair i bought at stanton optical now i need to waste more money on getting some new ones don't reccomend jc penney go to Stanton optical

He seemed to be a very nice man and a good doctor. However during my cataract surgery a piece of equipment fell into my eye and the lens that was supposed to mend everything that was wrong with my vision, could not be inserted. He put in the basic lens.I also suffered a stroke on my optic nerve. It has taken a year and a half and a lot of referrals to other doctors and treatment. My retina has healed almost completely, but I now still see worse than I did when I went in. I asked the doctor if I should file a claim with his insurance company, he did not give a direct answer. All this time I thought we would be able to get back to at least where I was before the surgery. I now know that isn't going to happen and the statute of limitations has passed so there is nothing I can do except post this review.

I have been going to Dr. Ing and to the Delta Eye Medical Group for several years. Everyone is extremely nice, considerate, and helpful. I highly recommend this group to anyone.

Great doctor & office staff very nice!

Dr. Ho is wonderful I've being going to him for many years now. He takes time with his patients and answers all your questions. The staff are nice and friendly. The times I have gone there has never been a wait longer then a couple of minutes. I have recommended many family and friends here.
