Very thorough exam. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful appointment. Everyone was so kind and patient with my abilities and the staff was very LGBT friendly as well. Overall, as a patient I felt like I understood my condition better, had a treatment plan, and overall feel better about my health and eye sight going forward.

This is a store with amazing people that stand by their product and don't hesitate to make repairs or process warranty work. I will always shop here and feel lucky to have found the store for my eyewear. And that's saying lot because I live six hours away in Delaware.

Katie in Optical helped me. I was truly impressed with service and her wonderful smile even though she had mask on. She tried to make sure I was happy with choices. Have had Dr. Martin for many years ,always happy to see her.

On 6-26-18 my husband and I brought my fatherinlaw in for his eye check up with Dr. Joshua C Yu. Marie at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! We had a 12:45 pm appointment. We got to the doctors office a little early, they took us in early. The doctors assistant - saw my fatherinlaw first; asked him questions and wrote information for the doctor. He was very nice, friendly and professional! Then Dr. Joshua C. Yu saw my fatherinlaw. He was great! He communicated to my elderly fatherinlaw in my fatherinlaws language. He was thorough in checking my fatherinlaw's eyes. He explained everything to the patient as he went along with the exam. The doctor then sent over my fatherinlaw's meds to his pharmacy. My daughter started vision therapy quite a while back and we loved it. Dr. Cohen is amazing and has really helped my daughter improve immensely. Over the summer my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer and given 3 months to live. I was switching with my mom to go help care for him and ultimately decided to cancel further appointments until school started. I called to let the receptionist know, she always seemed to be confused about anything I ever called about though. Anyways, I mistakenly missed an appointment and I take full accountability for that. The woman who called to see where I was, was insanely rude (anytime she called me she was) and let me know I was no longer able to make any appointments because of how many appointments I had to cancel while my grandfather was sick. The lack of understanding or empathy was very disappointing. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for how amazing and knowledgeable Dr. Cohen is.

I felt very taken care of at Eyedentity and the service was excellent. The woman at the front desk was very patient and explained the bill very thoroughly and clearly.

Dr. Montoya , Dr. Mendizabal and the surgical coordinator are all AMAZING people! I walked into this office and was immediately pleased. The office is clean , staff is bilingual and kind, parking is available and most of all the timeliness and professionalism are above and beyond. The only regret I have is not choosing him as my ophthalmologist sooner. I had Lasik surgery and Dr. Montoya made sure he explained the procedure thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable and calm during the entire process. I've been recommending him to everyone I know! Book your appt. you wont regret it.

My eye exam was the longest one I’ve ever taken. The gentleman doing the exam was locked out of the system. He finally got someone to sign in for him. Of course he had to login again and was still locked out. My eye exam and glasses purchase were in May. Today , 5 months later, I get a bill for additional charges they said the insurance company didn’t cover. I’ve had the same eye care benefits for over 20 years. I’ve never received additional charges from any other glasses provider. They advertise great prices. I found them to be no better then my previous providers. I hate the glasses I got from them. When I wear them, they’re crooked. Another first in my many years wearing glasses.

Dr Farmer is great and i value him as my eye doctor. He explains in terms that I understand. Awesome asset to the eye department.
