I've been coming to Dr. Benkle for years, I keep coming to him because him and his staff are amazing. I'm treated we kindness, respect, and attentiveness. I really appreciate them over there and will continue to get my eye needs with Dr. Benkle. Great Job!

I loved the fact they moved into the Fountains! I had such a great experience with Doctor Ho and the rest of the staff. I was fitted for the PERFECT pair of glasses! Such a great selection

Seeing an eye doctor gives me a bit of anxiety but the doctor here was very nice, easygoing and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was amazing as well and they helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. Thank you!

The Receptionist Girls were very nice that's the only why I'm giving a two stars review if it was just the lady's I would give them 5 Stars. I need some papers to be filled out, and their policy wanted to charge me $30 I've never heard of this before with any other Optometrist company. When I was trying to explain to the doctor about my eyes he didn't care of I had to say. I will not be returning to this Establishment. Thank You Lady's for the good customer service 🤩 Especially for the lady that helped me with my glasses thank you for going out your way of making my feel a bit better 😀. I wish I can give you along 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Was told by Rose that every office charges a $10 fee to have a referral form filled out for the school. I was surprised to hear this, questioned the charge but felt I had no choice since I had already came for an appointment. While I waited to be seen I called several other offices in the stockton area who have never heard of an office charging this fee for a school form. I was refused a refund even before I was seen by the doctor. The doctor is nice but I would never recommend this business. Rose is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. My son even asked why was the lady being so mean. Save your $10 and go elsewhere.

I took my child to have and exam and the staff was nice until I asked where I can have the glasses done and the lady behind her computer smarted off and became sarcastic and then the whole staff laughed at me for a simple asked question. They were ok until they decided to become unprofessional. My child even asked why the lady was so rude. I will NEVER allow them to have my business again!

Today’s technology has made the examination pleasant and non-evasive. It was a professional, helpful and very informative visit. The only problem was deciding on the frame for my glasses, each frame was eye-catching.

Doctor was AMAZING! Very thorough and provided information very clearly. However store was not a good experience. No guidance on glasses. No letting me know price ranges so I know what I should stay away from. Only time we were helped was when we found glasses and was told To get rung up. I felt as if I was at the “drive thru” of the eye doctor offices. I will not be returning due to this. Hoping the doctor goes to other sites or offices so I can go see him however this store was not something I would come back to.

Dr David is Great and awesome. But the lady that works at the front desk is not welcoming, As i walk up to the counter to be assisted I greeted her Good morning but she gave me no response. Second, she placed a clipboard in front of me without even saying a word , so I ended up asking her myself like "Do i have to sign this or what? Because it looks like I already fill up some of the info online" and she responded with an attitude with "I KNOW I KNOW YOU JUST NEED TO SIGN IT On the grey box" without even mentioning that there is more pages to fill out. So disappointing! Next during eye check up before meeting Dr dave, that lady still giving me attitude in the room , lack of customer service! I never had issues before but I have to go and find a different eye doctor. This lady that worked in Lenscrafters in Stockton at 9AM, shes spanish needs to be evaluated. DISAPPOINTING!!

There's a heavy set woman in there that gets really loud when a patient doesn't understand basically yelling the persons reasons for visiting. She is a potential for violation of HIPPA act. Shouting does not make up for language barrier.
