The Doctor and Staff at Zeiter Eye Stockton, CA were all very kind and efficient. I had a hard time in the pre-op, but the Technician was very patient with me. The Doctor is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Cataract Surgery on my right eye, was considered a "complex case", all the surgical staff were great. I won't be nervous for my surgery on my left eye.

Been seeing Dr.Canzona for several years and I highly recommend him.
He has improved my vision greatly.
He is very professional and friendly.
His Staff is very professional and helpful and also personable.
I feel honored to have him as my Opthalmologist and will always have him care for my sight!
He's a Blessing to me! I am so grateful that he's my Doctor!

Great place to go and get your eyes checked and amazing Doctors. But when you order your eye glasses, it's something different. I was hoping that today 10/10/23 the office would be open but found out it's closed. The hour's say open, but again short staffed. I understand but My child has been waiting about a 1 month and some days. School is hard for her without eye glasses. Now to wait until tomorrow if this place is opened and if not until Thursday. The bad part is that I work till 5 pm. I'll just have to miss work and go pick up eye glasses.

💀🚫WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER EYE DR!!! Center for Sight (ALL locations!) Has THE most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and POORLY RUN clinics that I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life! You can't just call and make an appt or talk to someone about a general concern, or even just ask a question about normal eye doctor stuff, because you CAN NOT get a hold of them- they DON'T answer their phones OR call you back!!! You can wait on hold for 15 minutes and when it's finally your turn a machine comes on and says they're helping other clients- leave a message! That is the most RIDICULOUS customer service I have EVER encountered! And ESP the Mngrs!!! I've left MULTIPLE messages for "Sue" AND "Priscilla"- the only two Mngrs for BOTH Stockton AND Manteca locations, & the Adm Office on CA St/Stk (which is not a clinic, but just for administrative staff, who SUPPOSEDLY work there) and they do NOT call you back!!!! I had a problem with my glasses and it took LOTS of time-consuming calls and FINALLY after TWO MTHS, Sue got back to me!!! And instead of fixing the problem with my glasses & expediting the eye exam, she told me I need to return the glasses and to go elsewhere like it was MY fault!!! I didn't argue because at this point I was glad to be rid of them, but HOW TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like I said, Center For Sight is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RUN business (if you can call it that!) that I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life!!! DON'T GO THERE- BE WARNED!!!🚫💀
UPDATE (10/26/23): I got re-referred to "Central Valley Eye Medical Group", and when I tried to make the appt they said their computer froze and would have to get with IT and call me back. When I didn't receive a call back, I called THEM and "Brandy Simpson,
Practice Administrator for Central Valley Eye Medical Group" answered and said they're not going to see me there! When I asked why, she said that I was mean to everybody (later in the conversation she also said "rude")! I said, "What?! How could I be mean to anybody?! I've never been there before and the first time I called was Fri (10/13/23)!" I asked her if they were affiliated with "Center for Sight", and she said, "Absolutely not! We're not affiliated in them in ANY way!" So I hung up feeling very upset and confused, so I called my Health Plan and told them the whole story and they were nice enough too try to find out if they are affiliated with "Center For Sight". So they put me on hold while they called them, and came back and said that, "Yes they are, in fact, affiliated with "Center For Sight"! I COULDN'T BELIEVE it! I couldn't believe they would LIE to me! And esp that an ADMINISTRATOR no less, would LIE to me! I was just SO shocked that a professional (so called) would actually LIE to me! Also, when I asked who her boss was, and/or who the president or CEO of the company was, she said there was nobody above her! I don't know whether to believe that or not, now that she lied to me! Center for sights manager Sue also would not tell me who her boss was when I asked her! Isn't there a law against that? Aren't they supposed to disclose that info if asked?

Very bad customer service the receptionists there always feel like there more than you, always acting so conceded then when you call to make an appointment they leave you on hold and after waiting long periods of time they just hang up on you, I will never go back here again and I see they have so many bad reviews due to their customer service I really do hope they get nicer people ~ I hate this place!

I went into Stanton optical on Pacific Ave. Their customer service was excellent! Beautiful glasses and great prices on top of the kind, professional people that work there! I would highly recommend! Thanks again for a great experience!!

I went to have an eye exam on August 18th, 2023 to get a prescription for glasses and contacts. I went there because my regular optometrist was booked, and I needed these asap. I was a bit disappointed to the fact that after the exam, Dr. didn’t discuss the diagnosis with me at all. She was nice and patient, but were I normally go, Dr. explains everything and asks if I have any questions. Well, I was supposed to get trial contact lenses by the following Wednesday 08/23/23 according to the lady at front desk. They didn’t have the contacts at hand due to the strength of my prescription. It’s 08/30/23, and I am still waiting. I have called to check status of my order, but they keep telling me they have not received it. Today I called and spoke to Addi who is the manager of the store. She was very rude and not helpful at all. I told her I was going to call back to speak to someone who was more helpful (not knowing she was the manager) and she said, “you do that” and hung up the phone on me. I went there even though I have Kaiser because my daughter had an eye check up, got glasses and contacts (I spent close to $600), and I was happy with the service. After today, as soon as I get what I’m waiting for, they will not see me or my daughter there. I will not refer anyone there as I was doing. Customer service is very important to me, and today the manager failed the test.
08/31/23-An update on my contacts order. I called today to recheck on my order. I spoke to Vanessa. who was nice on the phone, and she informed me that my order was “re-ordered” due to the delay of the previous order. Now, I have to wait for an additional 5 working days to get it. After my review, I got a response from Stanton (Corporate office????) and gave me a number to call, so someone can make things right. I spoke to Marcella who after patiently heard my complaint simply told me that they couldn’t do anything to resolve this issue. I just have to wait until the order arrives 🤦🏽‍♀️, and that if I was looking for compensation, I needed to talk to the store I went to and deal with it there. Really??? Did she get that I just wanted my contact lenses??. I guess I have to wait and go to the next step! What a disappointment!!!!!!
09/28/23-I still haven’t got my contact lenses and despite of my calls to corporate office regarding CUSTOMER SERVICE and not receiving the product I originally went for, NOBODY has contacted me about this issue. I went to Kaiser, got a new exam and already received my full contacts order and my glasses. I wasted my time and money at Stanton.

Great prices, selection and customer service. Worth the drive. Doctors are remote but the exam was the same none the less. Quick and was able to get trail contacts while I waited for my glasses for 7-10 days.

I really like this office because I can get the best eye care and keep my skin looking youthful. They are both wonderful care options for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else besides this office heritage eye, skin and laser center.

Absolutely loved my first experience! I have moved from England and it can be very difficult trying out new places however I am so pleased that I was referred to them by a friend. A had bought a new pair of glasses on my first visit with them and they made it so easy for me to choose. I told the lady exactly what I was looking for and she picked out the perfect ones! I also called to see if they could be bought in sooner than 7-10 days as I am going away this weekend and once again they amazed me with their service! I ordered them on Monday and they are arriving on Wednesday.

Very professional and very friendly. From the receptionist to the doctor to the optical gals, they're all super nice and very welcoming. When I went back for my final fitting and to pick up my glasses and sunglasses I was finished in 15 minutes. Awesome job!
