Dr really good at what he does really nice at the moment of giving me a work note the lady at front desk Carmen was really rude I don’t understand why they have to be so rude when it comes up to a work note . Carmen if you don’t like your job get something else . Amargada

I've been coming to this location off and on since I've been in the 6th grade, over 30 years ago. One of the busier offices they have. But I'd favor this one over the Manteca location hands down. They should close that one and open one in Tracy or Lathrop. Hoping their customer service improves Street parking should be reserved for handicap parking. So when I bring in my mom, she doesn't have to walk from the detached parking a block away. The main reason why it's only a 4/5 stars. Otherwise, I have to unload her, get her situated inside and risk me getting rear ended or getting a ticket, parallel parked next to a parked car. They can get pretty busy here but their friendly staff makes up for the wait time and parking.

Staff really friendly especially Mrs Dolores in the optical department. Got a new prescription and she helped me choose one that looks good and fits my face. I absolutely love them, thanks Dolores. Also just want to say that I had a older pair of glasses that had a broken arm. Anyway, long story short, I've been told by numerous stores that supposedly fix glasses but they all said they could not. WELL GUESS WHAT, DOLORES FIXED THEM AND NOW THE EXTRA PAIR IS MY CAR. THANKS AGAIN, YOUR GREAT !!!

Overall my experience has been very good at this optometric group. It is easy to access right off of interstate 5 and the doctors and staff here are excellent. I will tell you in advance that they are on the higher price side for optometric groups. They take different types of insurance and maintain a cleaned establishment. If you do not mind paying a little extra for quality service then this might be the spot for you.

This is a VERY unprofessional place of business and me and my family will never return. Someone called me today and she cancel my app at the last minute but if you miss an app with them they will charge you $50. She said that because I'm a new patient. Me and my family been patient for almont 3 years. I would give 0 stars if that were an option but it is not; therefore, 1 star will be given. Many of the staff were unfriendly. Ther was also limited seating space in the waiting I would strongly discourage anyone thinking of becoming a patient.

I have been using Brookside optometric for years, and have seen 3 different providers within their group. Every time I go to have my annual examination every member of the Brookside optometric team, including the optometrists... Are all spectacular! The office is always Professional, from making the appointment, to appointment reminders, to the friendly attitude at the front desk during check-in, the professionalism of the ancillary staff throughout the process, checking the eyes with the various gizmos, prior to seeing the optometrist.

I had a six month follow up exam re post cataract surgery. I had also recently experienced floaters in my left eye so my appointment timing was appropriate. I found the various exam procedures to be very smooth and timely. The three different testing procedures went smoothly. I was impressed by how well organized the exams flowed.

Delta Eye used to be great now - Eye drs are not as proficient when they don’t even know what post eye surgery should be like. Techs are not as proficient as they should be. Long wait times Rude staff Charges for HSA Staff do not communicate with each other Reception staff are not fully trained on all office functions.

For $160/hour cash customer…. The specialist dr confirmed my eye dr results… they were prompt & efficient, the entire staff! And they addressed my needs professionally!

I am delighted to have an opportunity to share my experience at Midtown Optometry. Staff were friendly and informative. Didn’t wait long for my appointment. Dr. Derron was so thorough with explaining and answering my question. Beautiful selections of eyeglasses and Sunglasses. Prices are reasonable. I Highly recommend this place.

I just got my new sclera lenses from Dr Lee's office. I had usually relied on the VA for these lenses. I have to say though the brand fit and comfort recommended by Dr. Lee far out perform the generic VA models. I have crystal clear vision, the lenses can be worn comfortably for upwards of 12 hours per day. They go in and come out much easier than the VA lenses and clean up much easier. Anyone who has kerataconus like I have needs to do themselves a favor and go get fitted at Dr Lee's office. You will not be disappointed. Dr Lee and staff are absolutely the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
