We had a great experience! From the moment I called and got an appointment fairly fast. My son complained of his eyesight for the first time we came in got an eye exam and his glasses ordered all in one visit, glasses also came in very fast. Not to mention how amazing the office was they have an arcade room all starwars theme! My son loved it the lady that helped us with ordering glasses was very helpful and made my nervous son feel very welcoming. She explained billing very very well. Dr. Lee was very helpful and answered all my questions. Can’t wait to go for his 1 year follow up! Thank you midtown optometry!

There has been absolutely no communication from this place. It has been two months and I have not received my glasses yet…

Very unprofessional staff at front desk and people who answer the phones…. The doctor is very pleasant I just don’t understand why he keeps the girls at the front desk apart of his brand… I do not recommend this place there are many other high class eye professionals who will provide better service… please don’t waste your time you will be very disappointed with the front desk staff if you don’t seek someone else….

The worst experience I have ever had with an eyeglass company no matter who you talk to everyone has a different reason of why the last person you talked to was a liar took 11 weeks to receive one pair of glasses that had come into the office after 6 weeks took the office 5 weeks to process the glasses so that I could pick them up then I had to make an appointment in order to pick glasses up

💀🚫WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER EYE DR!!! Center for Sight (ALL locations!) Has THE most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and POORLY RUN clinics that I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life! You can't just call and make an appt or talk to someone about a general concern, or even just ask a question about normal eye doctor stuff, because you CAN NOT get a hold of them- they DON'T answer their phones OR call you back!!! You can wait on hold for 15 minutes and when it's finally your turn a machine comes on and says they're helping other clients- leave a message! That is the most RIDICULOUS customer service I have EVER encountered! And ESP the Mngrs!!! I've left MULTIPLE messages for "Sue" AND "Priscilla"- the only two Mngrs for BOTH Stockton AND Manteca locations, & the Adm Office on CA St/Stk (which is not a clinic, but just for administrative staff, who SUPPOSEDLY work there) and they do NOT call you back!!!! I had a problem with my glasses and it took LOTS of time-consuming calls and FINALLY after TWO MTHS, Sue got back to me!!! And instead of fixing the problem with my glasses & expediting the eye exam, she told me I need to return the glasses and to go elsewhere like it was MY fault!!! I didn't argue because at this point I was glad to be rid of them, but HOW TEREIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like I said, Center For Sight is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RUN business (if you can call it that!) that I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life!!! DON'T GO THERE- BE WARNED!!!🚫💀

The doctors and nurses are sooo friendly!! BUT the secretaries have no decency to be nice or anything. Their attitude is beyond distasteful and not classy. Why put yourself in that job position knowing full well you’re going to be talking to so many patients and acting like that. Humble yourselves seriously never coming back here but I praise the doctor for being super kind and helpful !

I will say, I've only had one optomologist(Dr. Hsu@center for sight )&the lady who fitted my 1yr old baby girl for her 1st pair of corrective glasses,were AMAZING! I was most impressed&forever greatful for making my daughters 1st visit a memorable&comfortable one, rather than a traumatic one.Dr. Hsu is great with kids.

The doctors are nice as well as the receptionist. I have been going here since I was 9 years old and have never changed my doctor. They have a great frame selection which I absolutely love. I got Versace frames and the price was VERY reasonably fair.

Dr Benkle and his staff are great! Such an awesome selection and they make the whole process so easy. I never know what glasses are best for my face but they have a special way of helping guide you in the right direction. I have moved out of the area and still make my appointments with Dr Benkle and love coming back to this office.

Dr Benkle & staff are awesome. Has great selection in eyeglasses and also accommodate my needs every time.

This place is great. The lady at the front desk was friendly and thorough and took good care of my wife's cataract surgery. We went to Modesto first, but they were bad and expensive. This place in Stockton was much cheaper and better. Highly recommend Central Valley Eye group in Stockton.
