Avoid at all cost. They scheduled me with the wrong doctor and called me two days ahead to reschedule. I waited two weeks for this appointment and they wanted to rescheduled to a month later. They were not even sorry about it. The woman was so rude and should be fired immediately.

I was very nervous about my first visit today. How pleasantly pleased l was with the staff and the wonderful Doctor. Because of my poor hearing he made sure l heard everything and explained my options regarding surgery in depth and terms l understood. I highly recommend this Central Valley Eye Medical Group

If I could rate less than this I would! Incredibly unprofessional! Changed our spring break plans because he insisted I needed to come back. After waiting for my appointment time for over 30 minutes he still was not there! He wasn’t in surgery. He didn’t have any emergency. He didn’t answer the two pages that his staff sent. Other patients in the office that he did this all the time! When I was seeing the first time he was incredibly rude to the staff! I was NOT impressed! I went because of a referral from our optometrist (who we LOVE). I will for SURE let him know if my experience and make sure he doesn’t send anybody else! Incredibly frustrating, incredibly unprofessional, incredibly rude to the staff!

Horrible exam. Rushed the exam and wasted my time. Was maybe 20 minutes total. Had another Dr. review my chart and it did not reflect my exam at all??? Could not be more disappointed

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR OR CLINIC!!!! If I could give a ZERO, I would!!! You will go out of pocket for 100’s of $’s. My husband and I called the clinic in advance on TWO separate occasions. We were told our insurance would cover the costs. Even the DAY of the appointment, they told us the same thing! Two weeks later we got bills for almost $900!!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Even calling them didn’t do a thing! They absolutely have no sense of doing the right thing or caring about misinformation that they give you! Dr Toor sent me a generic email restating the fact that the services would not be covered! I asked the Manager to have Dr Toor call me. That was over a week ago. I’m sure nobody cares! This is ludicrous! If I could go to court, I would just to show them what they did was so unethical! HORRIBLE! The worst service you could imagine! Do not go here!
