I get great care with Dr Jason Rogers and have for years. His assistants help with some of the exams and are friendly, thorough as does Dr Rogers.

Worst service ever! I ordered my daughter contact lenses and was told it would take a week and a half. Here it has now been almost four weeks and still nothing. When I called today I was told that they have been "taking longer" than normal to come from manufacturer. Well would have been nice to know at the time they were ordered don't you think. The staff was very rude and condescending when I inquired as to what I'm supposed to do for my daughter . I will definitely NEVER do business with this company nor would I recommend them to anyone

This is a 2 star facility. I gave them a chance. They proved to me they were below a 2 star. I will not be back. The office is poorly ran due to the assistants. DO NOT waste your time here. There are tons of doctors offices that do what they do. Do Not pick them. Your time is valuable and so is a level of compentency.

Went here after going to a couple other eye doctors. I was having a constant issue with my eye that other Doctors told me nothing was wrong with it. Long story short I came here and refused to let me leave without an answer and solution. He was super nice and personable. The staff talked to me as if we had been friends for years. Ill go here and have my family go here a long time.

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Zeglam. Everyone at the office was professional, very pleasant and took the time to answer all of your questions even with a packed reception area. Dr. Zeglam went over and above with his consultation. They walked me through the various corrective options, explained what my insurance would cover and what my cost would be to the penny. I have had no problems at all with my surgeries. I would recommend Gainesville Eye Physicians to anyone and everyone. I very much appreciate their level of medical care.

I was referred by my doctor to this clinic I got a call from them and a Mail for an appointment at 10/18/23 at 7:40am. Today I went to My appointment, I checked in, but the receptionist couldn't find me in the system I took my mail with my appointment card 15 later another,Lady came in and talked to me and told me the she forgot to saved my appointment on the system they scheduled me an appointment for the next week instead. I took the day off work for this appointment it was very inconvenient for me and a really bad first time experience .

I purchased glasses for my children a few months ago. When one pair became bent during sports, the staff kindly adjusted it. They even replaced the dirty nose pads with new ones at no cost. They also always handle my insurance reimbursement smoothly. Friendly, professional service every time. Highly recommended!
