I love Dr. Kubota! She’s treated me for a corneal scratch as well as two of my yearly eye exams. Very personable, kind and knows her stuff! If you need an eye doc, she’s the one to see!

Two weeks ago, I did business with this Walmart vision center, I brought my wife for the first time for her visual examination, that day the girl let us go to her desk, when I went to pick up my glasses I arrived with work clothes, and She did not even allow me to pass, I waited for about half an hour standing outside while they gave me my glasses, after having consumed more than $ 600.00 with them, is that customer service pleasant? (NOOOO), and second point, I have two weeks with my glasses and I see blurry, I take them off and I see super clear, in short I do not recommend this place.

I have got two progressive glasses for a fair price from Walmart in Simi Valley. What a waste of time and money. After six month I returned both of them. It was cloudy with micro scratches. They blamed on mishandling and bad cleaning practice. I have two more progressive glasses that I got two to three years before these two and they are perfectly fine without any scratch. I think they use low quality lenses. They did not change the lenses, they did not even give me the name of the manufactures. The people were very nice, however the quality is not satisfactory. Bottom-line, if you want to keep you glasses for long time, Think it twice. Do not waste your money. Do your homework first.
