Dr. Parker is skilled, highly recommended by other medical professionals and has great bedside manner. What more could you ask for as a patient?? What I also liked as a patient was that he explained things to me on the operating table during the actual cataract surgery process. The office staff is also great from start to finish. Like Ms. Brook at the front desk to other doctors like Dr. Larios. Take it from a Registered Nurse these guys are GREAT!

Despite the electricity going out while we were there. The employees remained very calm, courteous and professional. They took the time to check on everyone and everything. They explained what they were doing as they brought their systems back and still maintained the schedule. I highly recommend their services. Great Team!!

I had my first appointment yesterday and am thrilled with the service I received. Dr. Thich is an amazing optometrist. She answered all of my questions and her staff was incredibly patient as it took me 45 minutes to put contacts in the first time. The lovely lady at the first desk (forgive me, I forget her name) even went as far as taking out her own contact lenses and putting them back in while I watched. I am a visual learner, so this helped me get it almost immediately afterward. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.

My name is Cynthia Evans and I had cataract surgery on 12/17/2024. The next day I saw a TOTAL difference in my vision. I have not seen such CLARITY in my vision in MANY YEARS. I am so grateful and thankful to Dr. Aghai for doing such an excellent job. There was no pain associated with the surgery nor thereafter. BTW, Dr. Aghai is very nice, thoughtful, caring and attentive. I am very happy that I found him.

I have been going to this office for many Years. The staff is always so welcoming and very helpful. Dr. Bhakta is by far the best optometrist I have encountered she is so nice, welcoming and attentive to her work, she cares about you and make sure that you’re taken care of. She is down to earth and treat you as you are family. I really enjoy coming to her practice and after meeting her this is the only Optometrist I will be coming to.

We needed a semi-urgent appointment for our dog. Although it was a bit of a drive to St. Charles (the Wheeling office had no appointments available), it was well worth the trip. Dr. Beyer and the entire staff were wonderful. The staff was welcoming and explained procedures, possible wait time, and what to expect. Dr. Beyer and her assistant were so very kind to our dog. Dr. Beyer explained her diagnosis and the treatment options. Highly recommend Eye Care for Animals-St. Charles!

Doc was pretty cool, but I didn't see him again after he dialed in my prescription. I needed glasses for the first time ever, and I did not get given any information on my options. (contacts, vs glasses. pricing, my personal insurance options, ect.) I was in network, and my insurance has $0 copay for eye exams, but somehow I ended up paying. I also had to ask for my prescription on the way out, so it left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of a new naive customer.

My experience was brief. The lobby area was a bit small, not super crowded. The ladies at the front desk were nice, friendly and helpful. I would go back again if I needed to.

I called the optical center yesterday afternoon, gave her my insurance information, and set up an appointment for the next day. She seemed like everything was good and didn’t ask for any follow up information as though she was sure my insurance was accepted. All was well until I arrived on Saturday and they hadn’t looked up my insurance the day before when I called and gave them the information. Now I’ve wasted my morning, braved these pandemic streets, only to have to do it again once I can reach my insurance company on Monday.

I have been a patient of Dr Perrino for over 10 years. He is wonderful ! He takes great care of his patients. His staff is amazing and wonderful too! From the time you enter until you leave they are awesome office staff !
