Kyle and Natalie were AMAZING! They provided quality customer service, answered my many questions, and went the extra mile when there was an issue with my insurance. I’m very indecisive and helped me pick out glasses that made me feel really good. I have been wearing and buying glasses for 15+ years and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. I also had a wonderful experience with Dr. Huynh, who was very meticulous and easy to talk to. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. They are a fantastic team!

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Tuyen Huynh at the Target Optical Center in Simi Valley on Tierra Rejada Rd. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received. I would specially like to thank Natalie because she was helpful and very professional. Natalie's knowledge helped me save a ton of money. Natalie was so helpful! She had several customers while alone & still managed to answer everyone’s questions and handle everything all at once. Dr. Huynh even came out to help me consider glasses. It was so refreshing to see the hands-on experience in a busy store! Great service every step of the way. 10/10

I’ve been going here for many years. Dr. Rogers and the staff are always very nice and helpful. It’s not just an in and out office visit. Dr. Rogers spends plenty of time with me, explains everything in detail and we also have some good personal conversations (he’s not being nosy he’s just a nice guy).

Abby was wonderful!! She saved us a ton of money. We came in to just see what it would cost us & she was quick to get us the basic quote and so we started shopping for frames cuz they were way more reasonable then the other place my husband went. We even were there past closing time & she & other gal were so patient and took their time with us plus gave us the best deal!!!
