Best optical store in Buena Park area Good price, very friendly and helpful

WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. First they quoted a price of $59 for a eye exam which I booked and scheduled a week in advance. When I arrived they told me there was also a $29 doctor's exam fee that they do not tell people about when booking the appointment. I then waited an hour and a half past my appointment time before seeing their doctor. I then had no time to pick out glasses for the buy one get one deal and ask to come back the next day. They then told me that the buy one get one deal is only if I bought glasses the same day as the exam. I pointed out to them that there is nothing in writing in there website regarding this. They then told me I could have 30 days. I then ordered glasses and they told me that they would be ready in 2 weeks. They ended up breaking one of the pairs and it took an additional two more weeks for the second pair to be completed. It took over a month to receive both pairs of glasses. There were nothing special at all about the prescription or the lenses that were ordered. In the future I will look somewhere else for my optical needs. I hope that Stanton Optical is able to resolve their issues regarding staff knowledge as well as appropriate staffing in the store.

I did not get my optometrists name but she did a great job getting me my contact lenses. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Saved my week!! :)

I made an appointment online and I told them in details about my insurance and they accept it. Even this morning they sent me reminders by text message . When I went there the front desk lady ask me my insurance cared I handed to her and right away she said oh sorry we don’t take this. Is this acceptable? Why not they tell me from the beginning. The appointment I made was with dr. Mark Schefkind. It’s really sadden. Unprofessional.

I ABSOULTELY LOVE West vision. Dr. West is such a great eye doctor and I trust him with my whole heart with his treatment plans and knowledge. I’ve been having issues for so long thinking they were medical and I went and to see him and he was able to diagnose and get me into a pair of glasses that are going to help me so much! I can’t wait to get my glasses and I have no doubt that they are going to fix my issues. I take all my kids here and he does an amazing job. Yesterday I went in and met someone I hadn’t before and I have to give a shout out to her bc out of all the interactions I’ve had with all other staff this girl Avery was seriously AMAZING. If you do go to west vision and you need someone kind and patient she is your girl. I will always go to Avery from here on out and I just wanted to give a shout out bc she took so much time with me to make sure I got contacts and a frame that would look and work best for me. All the staff has been wonderful but Avery went the extra mile for me. Thanks west vision for your amazing patient care!!

Dr. Bourjolly is an amazing doctor. The best Chair-side manner I've seen in a long time. I drove from Georgia to Florida, just to get my followup done with him, that is how much I believe in this doctor.

Service, staff and optometrist were excellent and know their jobs. Very helpful and detailed the process for me to get prescriptions to buy new lenses. Accommodated my needs for a comfortable visit. Thank you.
