Jessica should be the face of this business. I was greeted with such a bright smile. I asked a few questions to her and she answered and facilitated my visit with comfort! I will definitely be back for some new rims!

I had a really great experience today! I was helped by Nate and he was just a lovely guy, super chill to talk to and very helpful. He just put me at ease with the whole process, and I am grateful I got to work with him! I don’t recall the optometrist’s name but he was also very kind and easygoing. I got my new glasses very quickly too, my appointment was at 11:30 and they were totally ready to go by 1:30! I would definitely recommended these folks, they do great work!

Best LensCrafters I’ve been to thus far! I came in because I broke my glasses and assistant manager, Maria, helped me right away. Staff there is always kind and super friendly whenever I visit. Also, they call me before I even get the text notifications to let me know glasses have arrived.

My experience at Lens Crafter was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Maria G. She was attentive, and kind and spoke Spanish to my elderly mother. The treatment I received was expertly performed, leaving me feeling happy with my eye care.

The doctors here are very knowledgeable in both clinic and in the optical area. If there is a problem with your glasses rest assure they will be able to assist you quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the help that I have received. I highly recommend this location.

I'm not happy having to write this review. My redone glasses aren't working and I'm sorry to say that I don't think they were redone. I can't use them. Basically, the entire lens is out of focus, especially the reading which they had remeasured but came back with what I had first time. I like the staff there. They have been very nice with a big selection of glass frames. They said I should have the prescription checked and I said no because I got the prescription from another doctor and then their doctor rechecked them, so why would I need to have the prescription checked again?! I think they were just sitting there until I had to call and see if they were back from being remade. In the past, the staff always called when the glasses were back. This time, they didn't. Glasses are probably the important prescription a person needs to have made correctly and I can't wear my beautiful new glasses. I don't like posting reviews, let alone bad reviews.

Especially Sarah has been helping me for at least 8 years and I couldn't be happier. Wether it's on the phone listening to me patiently or in person she always gets the matter resolved ! I can walk in any time and try on glassesand they were and still are very careful during Covid. Lovely Dr and stFf in general wonderful place.Thank you all.

The support team and the doctors are wonderful. I would be completely blind in my right eye today, if it wasn't for their attention, quick assessment and resolution. It's thanks to them I still have vision in both eyes. They are all very kind, understanding and efficient. Great Office, Great People.

Bit of a wait but good support from the staff. I expected as much coming in on the same day as my symptoms. Got some drops several times which provided irritation relief while waiting to be seen by the Doctor. Dr. Corwin was quick to diagnose my problem, addressed it and sent me on my way in a few minutes. Relief, thanks Doc!
